**UPADTED ** - Not a Scam but you do need to know ...
** UPDATED** The watch has finally been delivered , and all said and done is quite nice, seems not bad quality for the watch , there is some small debris under the glass and the bracelet quality isn't fantastic but then again it's not a 5k watch. The tracking and communication from this firm is the real stickler here . Tracking issued on 'dispatch' then nothing for a month , tried contacting via chat on website , left several emails asking why theres no progress. only when I started with the reviews did someone from customer service get in touch and reassure me it was travelling through the system even though as a customer you can't see anything. This would go away if they gave you visibility of the tracking outside your country . So on reflection this is not a scam but you have to be patient.

You will hear from us at some point and that “phone support was no longer available”. I asked repeatedly for information on my order and non was provided… and they refused to get on the phone

SCAM! I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against Watch Mod for theft and fraud. They took my money and never sent me what I paid for. This was over three months ago. They have commented on my past reviews and claimed they fixed the issue and refunded my money. They are lying. They stole my money and refuse to give me any refund. Save yourself the time and do not purchase anything from Watch Mod because they are a SCAM company that will steel from you, and you will not get what you paid for.

Think hard about using this company, about the worst customer experience I’ve had. Ordered in July and received 1st August but the wrong watch. A month of trying to get them to take back the watch and send me correct one ended up with them offering a discount to keep the watch. When I finally got it ready to wear discovered it did not actually work. Have asked for them to take it back 4 times now and they refuse simply saying I should be happy with the £35 discount and keep the watch.. which does not work and not what I ordered!! Stay clear or keep your fingers crossed

It was horrible
It was horrible; it took them 3 months to get the order correct, and then it was still wrong. Things ended up eventually arriving broken. I also emailed them along the way and got half answers; plus, they don't want to fix any of this broken stuff. I haven't heard back since.

This is a reputable operation
This is a reputable operation. I was very reluctant to order what appeared to be a replica watch because of the reputation for shoddy workmanship, inferior material, and undelivered goods. These people have changed my view, at least of their operation. The watch took time to get here(probably because of the tarrif and other political considerations. However, I was assured the package would be delivered, and it was. I like this product and will be making future purchases. I recommend this company to those who are skeptics as I'm sure you will be pleased.

Can not get a none working watch replaced. (Finally got it to work.
I have had 9 watches from Watch Mod. One watch sent to me does not work. After two weeks of emails, I am told I do not know how to wind a watch and set time. Watch Mod has terrible service.
If there is a problem, do not expect it to be resolved.
The watches are a good value and look great.
Update: The watch does work. After breaking 2 finger nails, I used needle nose pliers to pull the crown out. I can now adjust the Time. The crown does not have an indentation to pull the crown out. The crown on this watch is very smooth.

Not What You Bargain For
There was a Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer. I ordered 2, and selected a 3rd watch for free.
One watch was clearly defective, as the crown would not screw down. In fact, the crown pin was too long and the crown couldn't even touch the threads to screw down.
One watch wasn't what I'd ordered, and the last one might have work, but by now I didn't bother to check.
To get them to give me an address for the return, took weeks. They returned it after I sent it to the sender's address. Then they gave some BS address in France, then one in Birmingham AL. Such a hassle. Such a low rate sketchy outfit to deal with.
Bottom line, only do business with people you like and trust.
