Making pain more bearable

As always, a true pleasure to deal with such a great and competent company, one who truly understands the complex needs of patients with chronic pain. The care shown in ensuring the medication is providing the best relief possible is wonderful and the ability to speak freely about some of the side effects is just refreshing .I've noticed a massive improvement in my motivation levels; so pleased with my journey so far.

My experience with my access is always…

My experience with my access is always great. My only moan is I slept in for an appointment once and they made me pay again for a new one. My fault really but I thought as a good customer they would give me some leeway

I have been using myaccessclinics.co.uk…

I have been using myaccessclinics.co.uk for 18 months ish now and have never had any issues, can always get an appointment and now they've teamed up Montu the choice of medication is great. Delivery is even faster now using Montu usually next day. There's a lot of variation in prices to suit everyones budget. A+ from me.

Not happy

1. Doctor was late for appointment

2. Doctor is unable to pricribe more than 30 Grams a month even on second consultation as NHS policy is 1g a day
Patient needs 40 a month

3. When mentioning money doctor changed mood and said he's not a drug dealer and made me feel like I was asking for something else and cancelled my prescription

4. Left with no prescription and no answer on what to do or where to go now

5. Feel like I've been let down by my access clinic

A very good clinic

A very good clinic, helped me no end finding something to help me cope with the health issues I live with. Had no issue in any part of my access and it has been very easy to go through the process. The team and staff on the phone are friendly and the cutie I have seen is easy to talk to and understood my needs.

Fast, professional and helpful.

They actually bother to listen to your problems, unlike your regular GP. So there's 5 stars straight off the bat. Super fast service for your prescriptions, usually the day after consultation - amazing.
It's all about getting the word out these days. Only 27% of police know that medical cannabis has been legal these past 6 years!

I have no problem with service that is…

I have no problem with service that is provided. I would like to say it would be extremely helpful if when it is gone for people’s 3 monthly follow up, if a reminder could be sent to patients. As someone who suffers with a poor memory I have ended up going with out my prescription for a couple of weeks due to this.
Many thanks

MyAccess Clinics have been a fantastic support for many years.

I’ve been with MyAccess Clinics for approximately 4 years. The consultants are all very good at understanding my conditions.
Everything is explained to me in a way that’s easy to understand.
All my concerns are addressed.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to others.
I cannot find any fault!

Left me hanging

I’m not sure what is going on with this clinic but they have left me without medication for 3 weeks after I complained about the cost of consultations for my condition which is not progressive. I have elders danlos and fibro. Using their product has meant I’ve been able to completely eliminate any opioid based pain killers which is great as I hate taking that stuff. However now I’m relying on them to manage my pain levels and I’ve been without meds for 3 weeks. To someone who suffers chronic pain this is debilitating. Having to go about your day battling pain and holding life together is extremely difficult . I’ve emailed called and complained countless times and Im not even getting a response. I can’t place my trust in them if this is how they are going to manage their responsibility. Considering going to a different clinic. Operations director promised me a call back after speaking to the medical director and then promptly went on holiday. Unacceptable for a company that provides medical services.
