been a paitent for over 2 years now, MAC has struggled to provide me with adequate care for any longer than 2 months consecutively. constant delays, lack of replies, unsent/lost perscriptions, incorrect perscriptions.
support staff are a mixed bag with some kind and others downright rude and hostile, sadly all are useless and seem to have little to no concern about any health effect their delays may have on myself.
duty of care seems non existant, consultations are not cheap and last less than 10 mins.
i would avoid and look elsewhere for you medical cannabis.
