Received hoodie, but it wasn’t what they described at all, they advertised it as a fleece hoodie, it was all polyester, not warm at all, plus the tag was cut off, totally garbage.

Don’t be fooled by the British website
Chinese manufacturers and wait forever to receive - for the price that is 1000 times profits as the are made and packaged in china -
If fast fashion is your thing save yourself the money and go for the obvious Chinese websites - at least there you know what you dealing with ..

My review would be minus 5. Yes they refunded the cost of the goods, HOWEVER since they broke our sales contract by sending POLYESTER rather than the advertised CASHMERE sweater I expect the shipping and shipping protection to be returned also AND a prepaid return label. This is not happening. If anyone is tempted to buy any nice item at a great discount Please google "patchwork Cashmere jumper" if the company you are potentially buying from shows this item, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING they operate under many different names and they are potentially ALL RUBBISH.

Bought a jacket at 66£ from Artisio 27 nov 24 received it on thev11 dec jacket was sized far too small as they agreed the sizing was diffent from UK sizes asked to return it for refund they said no I’ve sent numberous e mails to them to see what will they do about it I got 3 options that’s all I heard scammers don’t buy from this company

sent email immediately requesting a return, items look cheap, doesn't appear the same online quality, took weeks before someone finally responded, asked me to upload a video of the items I'm wanting to return, so I did, I get a response a week later telling me that all sale items are final, no where on the website did it say that, and whats more insulting wasting my time to have me upload the video of the items to get back to me 1 week later to say I can't return the items. I am out of $156 I will never purchase from this website every again, buyers be aware, cloths online look better than what you actually receive, very very cheap, teachable moment going forward I will google these off brand websites, I've read reviews after the fact wish I would have google the website to see the reviews prior, again teachable moment

I ordered the Ravelyn cashmere, color block sweater. It took a month to receive. Instead of a luxurious cashmere loose fit sweater, it was a tight fitting acrylic non sweater material and the colors were completely different than pictured. There was no blue but green instead. Rust in the photo was bright orange and brown was yellow. Very disappointing, will not order from them again. I wish I had read reviews first. No more ordering from China, their stuff is crap.

Their products are garbage. Don’t expect to receive the item shown in the photos. I paid $70 for a jacket, but what I received was a cheap, low-quality product that looked like something you’d find on AliExpress for $10. I had to exchange 4-6 emails and even send photos just to arrange a return, yet I still had to cover the return shipping costs myself. This is a total scam site. Beware!!! Be cautious!!!

People, this is a scam company. They sent horrible quality items for a lot of money. Trades, knots, missing stages Are all over the items. Colors are absolutely different from the advertised pictures. They will ask You to send pictures, then videos, And still will continue asking your questions to put along the refund and return. The only way to get your money back is to file a charge back. Do not get hooked whatever you see on their site will not be sent to you. You will get piece of garbage, Expensive piece of garbage items. Zero stars. They really do scam you.

Avoid like the plague. Simialr to previous 1 star reviews this company took over 3 weeks to send my 2 items across 2 delivery's. First was damaged and was told to cut the thread. The second they sent the wrong size. They have no interest in offering replacements or full refunds but are rude and incompetent via email.

They just keep an email chain going for 28 days then advise you are out of returns window.

I wish I could upload screen shots of the correspondence.

The shoes I got are even better in person than in the pictures. They fit perfectly, and the shipping time was pretty quick.

Sizing a complete joke , ordered a xxxl cardigan! May just fit my 9 year grandson.... never use this site again 👎

please don't, save the hassle and buy from somewhere and someone else, if I could I would give them (-) star zero stars is too much for this con artist (Alex J) , never send the product and keep sending the tracking which only shows the info received

The delivery time was incredibly long, and the product, sourced from China, was of extremely poor quality. While the customer service was responsive and polite, the return policy was unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this purchase. The item was a far cry from what was advertised on the website.

The quality is great and their customer service is superb! I will surely re-order.

This is a scam. Period.

If I could give them less than one star it still wouldn’t be worth it. They’re a scam and not a legitimate company they refuse to refund when they have sent the wrong items. Make excuses after excuses. I would surge everyone who has had to contact them to report them to trading standard as they have ripped me off and undoubtedly others.

the clothes are pure rubbish... poor quality, long delivery times. They are not from the UK it's all from CHINA POST. They say no problem with returns, you just have to pay for it, but at the high costs of paying for a return at $200 for a $69 sweater, they know no-one will return items. Do yourself a favor and don't order.
