Quick, efficient and convenient

Hi,
Your website is easy to navigate, the communication is great and I had to make a last minute cancellation for one of my bookings (I had two) - which will now be held over as a credit. I was very appreciative of the prompt service, the constant communication throughout and the peace of mind once I had read the first report - it's given me a lot to think about in my search for a new vehicle.

Very through inspection. Tim was great giving me pointers to maintain car. Was on time, cost effective and provided a comprehensive report

I just have to say how amazing the technician from My Autoshop was who came and finally fixed an ongoing issue I have had with my light. This was a painful experience but the team rectified the issue and I am truly grateful for the service, how informative and empathetic this Head Technician was.

Company has been good with communication prior to the person showing up today. This morning he was quick and easy to speak with. Explained what needed to be done and what steps would be next. The communication is very good!

I was contacted via phone call to confirm booking. My booking was for Wednesday, space became available for the day before, which suited me. On the day they had finished another job earlier so rung to see if I wanted them to come earlier. The staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly.

Amazing customer service. Integrity is second to none, and their transparency with work done and why proves their credibility and trustworthiness. Will be using them for everything from now on!

Impressed with the flexibility. Was a bit of miscommunication at the start of the job but the mechanic was quick to compensate and communicate across to his boss what I wanted. Got the job done quickly and reasonably prised.

Booked a comprehensive service and its so easy and convenient. By entering your rego, then they give you an approx price then you book a date. Booked it for 12pm and the technician came on time. Super easy and definitely will use their service again.

The technician was here on time. Told me all the steps he needed to do. Let me know pricing straight away when I needed work done. Was so patient when my payment was playing up, even tried to help.
Overall he was professional, fast and efficient. Will definitely be using MyAuto Shop again

It was super easy to book via the website the first time I used My Auto Shop. My second time my quote was booked via email so there was alot of back and forth. Would've been much more efficient for both parties if they had just reformatted the link. My service was also booked for the wrong day. Great mechanic service though.

This was my first pre purchase inspection. The team were fantastic, happy to answer questions and easy to deal with. They performed a very thorough inspection on the car and gave a detailed report. Great price too! Thanks team :)
