I had an issue where a money was debited without any purchases done on my side. I sent an email lodging my complaint. The babydelivery team reached out to me via email and they are in a process of solving the issue. They have promised me full refund with 4- 5 working days.

No reply at all to my emails they subscribed me to a website without a warning email before and after like they promised to another reply the whole thing is a scam and when you enter their website mybabydelivery.com you have an account without creating it how can you have an account on a website that asks for your password without you even signing up and adding your own password in the first place it’s so stupid don’t trust the website at all they just use it to trap you in the cycle of paying for a subscription without knowing it’s a stupid scam that a lot of websites do, I’m underaged and I fell for it after seeing it on a Snapchat ad dumbest mistake

Update: received an email now in a day max and should now be receiving a full refund as promised much better

Paid £2 for postage for a baby box. No box exists and apparently I have an account with this company although I never signed up to anything, I had to then create an account in order to view the account and cancel it which then states they don't allow for 24hrs, it's been 2 days and it's the same message. I've since claimed my money back from my bank and had an email saying they'll refund me so I leave a positive review but I've had a notification from my bank that this company has tried to take a further £20
Hopefully the bank can block this company and their affiliates.
They have since reached out via email and offered to refund IF I leave a positive review on trust pilot.

What made my experience to be great was your service and the communication was fast.

your site has been hacked another transaction on my credit card on the third of April, using mybabydelivery.com and mybabywardrobe.com. the bank via Mastercard will be awakened as they now will investigate and my contract says they will refund me. Looks like Preston’s known and unknown are able to log in to this site issuing personal data acquired from nefarious sourcces on the face of it there are genuine users beware your bank details are being used and abused you may have to change your bank details if you get caught in their net

Never been trapped before by an online scam like this. I was buying a pressure washer and through the process ended up with a subscription for this site? Totally bizarre. What's worse disclosing what happened and advising the card company (pulse) of the fraudulent site I was told there was NOTHING I could do? Closed my card and took the hit. A valuable lesson learnt. Somewhere I hope these people get what they deserve. A disgusting way to treat people and technically legally robbing people. Who would have thought they would have protection legally when clearly cheating people out of money

2 days after this review, this company requested my details through trust pilot who warned if I didn't give more details my review would be removed. Just to clarify somewhere between looking at an offer page for a power washer and actual page for payment it was switched or hijacked and a payment went from my account to mybabydelivery.com, now if they were not involved then they would clearly give my money back, they have not therfore I am assuming they done this themselves? Honest companies would refund. I would ensure you know where you are putting your bank details and it is a legitimate site. If not don't put your details in. I have now closed my credit account to ensure they don't pay someone I have told them is scamming money, they said because I put my details in they are unable to stop the pending payment. Seriously corrupt system.

Absolutely disgusting please dont do what I did, takes you to a completely different site than the one you were thinking you were purchasing from, charging a recurring fee from your bank account AVOID THIS SCAM wont let you cancel for 24 hrs had to cancel bank card

Customer service was great and they are very courteous and showed concern and they acted promply specially their agent, Angeline who followed up and made sure the process was completed ASAP.

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

Scam!!!!! They offer a box of mystery items for 5.95 and you're unwittingly signed up for a subscription that costs you.

Stay away scammer. Found them on Facebook and they put me on membership which I never wanted. I only wanted £3 item (never received it) and now every month they are charging me £23. Never buy on facebook ads mostly all them are scam. I tried to buy from 3 different website and all of them scammed me.

This is a scam website!

Please be aware and do not sign up because they will take your details and charge you for a membership program that will bill you automatically.

They will not refund any money and will hide behind their illegal “terms and conditions”.

Any positive review of these guys is somebody working for them and not genuine in any way!

BEWARE SCAM!
These guys are very clever! I got an email from what I thought was itvx for a subscription for streaming, signed up to what I thought was that just to receive an email from these saying I've signed up to them!! Got onto there live chat and complained, they said they had cancelled my 'MEMBERSHIP' to take effect in 14 days! I said no I want it cancelled now and a refund, there answer to that was 'you authorised payment to us' I did not I authorised payment to itvx! They basically laughed at me. Please be very careful with emails/Facebook deals ect. Going to speak to my bank today.

Unbelievable! I have been contacted by this company with an email and phone call. They have offered me a refund, great! Not! They will only give me a refund if I change my review to a good one. Not a chance Ive told them as the money they took of me was done so under false pretences, this company really have no shame.Please be careful everyone as they have stated to me that they will be contacting everyone that has left them a negative review with the same offer.
I have refused as I cannot leave a positive review for this company as everything I have stated is true. The lady that contacted me today was Grace. If trust pilot would like me to forward these emails please get intouch.

Attention! SCAM. It created posts of promotions under other international brand names on Facebook. It didn't mention mybabydelivery at all. In the comments session, there were a few comments and responses claiming they had received (with pictures supporting.) the products being promoted. They didn't look like bot response. It was smart scam. I paid with card and received an email from mybabydelivery about some membership. I'd never receive good promised.

I cancelled my card. Don't fall into their trap. I learnt my lesson for being stupid...
