I ordered for two of my grandchildren for an upcoming plane trip. The trip hasn’t happened yet but they are using their headbands every day!!

AVOID. Customer service is completely nonexistent. Tried to cancel an order less than 30 minutes after realising I and my partner had placed duplicate orders. No response. Tried to contact them to return the second order (both orders arrived together 7 weeks after ordering and they charged shipping cost for BOTH of them). No response. Discovered one of the headbands doesn’t charge; contacted them and you guessed it - no response. Their refund policy (at the time of writing as they might change it if they ever see this) on the website includes things that aren’t related to the headbands like food, personalised items and beauty products so clearly just copied and pasted from somewhere else. I also purchased the 5 year warranty but this is now useless as I can’t get a response about my faulty product. Avoid at all costs and order through Amazon if you really want them even their customer service is better.

In response to the below reply: I used the correct website and I also used the exact email you have replied with for all of my correspondence. I have still not received a reply and I also sent an email a few days prior to leaving this review. No response again. Absolutely shocking customer service. Again AVOID.

I am adding another edit to this review, as of 9th March 2024, it seems they’ve had a few other people with issues and are now trying to ensure the reviews are removed from Trustpilot. They give you 3 days to send over your order details. We if you’re busy that’s not long enough. I have sent off my partners details as she raised the issue of duplicate orders first so if this review is removed it’s because they’ve decided they can’t find the order or some other excuse. All we want is our money back at this point for the headset that isn’t working, but as usual no one responds to the emails.

Absolutely love dealing with this company. The headbands are an absolute hit and a must have for kids travelling. They arrived quickly, no hassles and work beautifully.

My ordered arrived within a week, I ordered the shark, after reading the reviews I was concerned if it would fit my Grandson (2yr) head. The fit is a little big but I’m happy. Good quality,easy to pair with devices and most importantly my Grandson loves it.
Sound volume is not too loud just right for the little ones ears. Definitely recommend.

Easy to order, good tracking , quick delivery.

The reviews were so good but we were less than excited. They looked good originally but when we tried to use them on our flight for our two kids. Neither of them could hear anything at all due to plane noise so they were useless.

Ordering and receiving this product went very smooth. It was a Christmas gift so I am not sure how it is working with my grandchild, but it is soft and I was able to pair the headset and listen to it so I believe it will be great.

They say they take returns but what they don’t tell you is that the cost of the return (back to Canada) will cost the same as the item itself. Also, much cheaper on Amazon with free shipping!

First, the shipping is very smooth. It was received very fast unexpectedly knowing that it was an international order. Second, when I opened the parcel, the Munch the Monster design is so awesome! It both fit my sons` heads who are 7 and 10 years old respectively because of the product`s elastic band material. It is so easy to use and I can recommend this to everyone. Such a perfect gift for the kids. Thanks Bandou for this awesome product. God Bless your company!

To improve the product, I suggest that you make the headpiece adjustable. It was too large for my 2.5 year old.

This company was great to order from and was a fast delivery. It looks like a great product I am glad I ordered the case to keep it in. My grandson will love it, it is a Christmas gift and I am sure it will be one of his favorite ones.

I still haven’t tried them. I have two grandkids and one phone. How do I accommodate that?
