love my new coachella bed, fast delivery and asssembled for a minimal charge, very impressed, will be sure to use again

Once they have your hard earn money they do not want to know.
Paid extra for express delivery (7-10days) as we moved into our new build and were sleeping on the floor. 17 days later the bed got delivered - i messaged ‘Emma’ at customer service who apologised and said she would refund the extra i had paid for express delivery. No refund received up to now.

When delivery was made, no mattress was delivered. Again they apologised and said they will deliver it priority delivery next day. And put it together for free. This was on thursday 3rd aug. It rolled up 9pm on the Saturday night - 5th aug - the driver got in his van and went - did not put the bed together. When i opened the mattress up its got holes in and absolutely filthy. The driver ripped all the packaging getting it out the van. They try and blame the courier services and say they won’t use them again. But the man told us he’s employed directly by bespoke beds.

Again i message Emma (5th aug) she apologised again, new one will be sent out first thing tomorrow. No delivery was made.
I messaged Emma again on Thursday to find out what is going on (10th aug) she said new mattress will be delivered on Saturday (12th aug) and i will receive a timeslot
Still no mattress, no timeslot, no contact from Emma or couriers
I have messaged again no response.

Cant find a contact number on the internet. Only a whatsapp to message.
Complete joke its not an Argos bed for £200 its a £1500 bed.

All in all no one seems to know what is going on at this firm they just want your money and aren’t bothered about aftercare or you having the correct products. I will attach photos of the mattress, i paid nearly £500 extra for the pleasure of owning this lovely mattress, would you like to put that in your new build?? I Will be contacting trading standard’s Monday morning.

Just had my new coachella bed delivered! I love it, it’s looks so grand and stands tall. Amazing bed and amazing service by the team and my bespoke

I got exactly what I ordered. The bed looked just like the photo's its big, thick and sturdy. It's a buetiful colour, a statement piece I cant be more happier than I am now. It was exactly what I wanted. At first i was worried about ordering a bed from Instagram, but I took a risk and my concerns were for nothing. My bed arrived looking buetiful, it was easy to assumble, but I needed help with holding it as i assambled it becase of how big and hevey it was, which made me happy as its clearly a bed to last. I didn't need any extra tools just pliers to tighten screws and nothing else. I'm planing to get a bed soon for my sons bedroom I plan to order from bespoke beds again and recommend to all my friends.

I am shocked this company has so many positive reviews. It was truly the worst service I have ever received from an online store.

They cancelled three times on the day of delivery, no contact from customer service. After three weeks of chasing, they only got back to me by calling at 10pm the night before delivery (to then cancel again the next day).

For the hassle and time I have wasted chasing them, I regret ever using my bespoke bed.

PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!!!! This company is a rip off!!! I bought 2 beds including mattresses for both and one was delivered damaged. It took 1 month to replace after hounding them with messages and phone calls, albeit you never speak to anyone directly 🤬. I ordered 2 same orthopaedic mattresses just different sizes to fit each bed. One mattress is a lot harder than the other. After sending them pictures at their request, they have said the manufacturer said they are orthopaedic like i dont already know that!!! They only use customer service when you're buying from them but once you've ordered your goods, they take weeks to respond after numerous messages or threats to contact consumer watchdog. I will be pursuing this further as I spent close to £2,000.

Such a pleasant shopping experience from start to end. The guys are very helpful and always available to answer questions. Delivery was quick and the beds we had delivered are very good quality and look amazing.

Had a great experience with my bespoke bed. The guys who dealt with our order were very professional however could have a laugh also which helped. The beds we ordered were delivered on time as promised and were built for us upon delivery as we required assembly. The delivery team matches the professionalism of my bespoke bed and assembled very efficiently. Highly recommended. Would shop here again without a doubt

A 5 star experience from start to finish. The team helpful as a always on delivery day as we had to arrange for someone to unlock the site which took 30 mins. Luckily delivery team were very professional and waited about for us to open the property. Assembly of the bed was very easy and the bed is of a high quality. Very happy

What a find! Incredible beds and sofas. We ordered the luxury opulence bed and also a cinema sofa. Both delivered within 2/3 weeks and both amazing quality.
