The beds were exactly what I wanted and look amazing. The customer service was very good.

Had a great experience with this company. They delivered the beds on time and were easy to assemble.

Bed delivered on time by 2 gents. Packaged excellent and no damage whatsoever. Cant go wrong 😊 100% recommend.

I would put zero if I could. Please don’t buy from these people. The bed that was advertised was not the one that was delivered. It turned up faulty dirty and a completely different colour when I called they said they wouldn’t change the bed but send someone out to look at faults! Now I’m being ignored I have reported to trading standards who have said they are looking into it but 600.00 for a bed that looks like it’s from wish!

Amazing Sofa! we had the luxury ultima cinema sofa delivered yesterday. blown away by the quality as it was very reasonably priced for a cinema sofa, the other quotes we were getting were almost 3x more expensive.

The sofa is so comfortable with the additional cushions provided free of charge also.

The cup holders another added bonus! so pleased. delivery was also made within 3 weeks whilst other companies were quoting 6-8 weeks.

so glad i found this company!

Had our beds delivered today and over the moon with the quality and how they look. The bed we went for was the regal and the opulence. The company were a pleasure to deal especially Emma and Ryan. It was a pleasure to purchase.

I'm not sure where all these good reviews are coming from. Not only did the bed arrive late after several delivery dates were missed, I received a badly constructed bed. Where do I even start from? The badly misaligned stitches, cheap fabric, badly stapled linings and crude bolt holes? I had to rip big holes in the lining behind the bed to insert the bolts that join the bed frame to the headboard. I suppose you get what you pay for and I would advise you to go for a better established brand.

We got our guest room bed from this company. Delivery was punctual and the bed is of a high quality and finish. Very pleased

Order number 0983 - love my new bed. We found this company on a tv shopping channel. Loved the look to the luxury donatella bed. We order the bed on the website. Very easy to order and pick the options we liked. The bed was delivered within the week and we were kept up to date throughout. The delivery team very helpful and so we're the customer support team on WhatsApp. Thank you, I have recommended to some friends and family.

Couldn’t be happier with my dealings with this furniture company. The customer service was second to none, so responsive and alsways went above and beyond what was expected. No matter the time we always got an almost instant response, so impressive. The beds were delivered to us in February, delivery was within the timeframe initially stated on time and punctual. The bed itself we went for the carveleti bed frame and have to say it’s so well built, the bed has a very thick frame just as I wanted it. The fabric is also very soft and luxurious. Assembly was fairly simple it took me and my partner just over a hour, but I’m sure it could of been done quicker.
