I bought some razors for Black Friday but didn't intend to create a reoccurring order. It automatically sent me a bunch of them the following month. I tried to send them back but they didn't care. So rude!

I signed up for replacement head…

I signed up for replacement head delivery every 3 months and “magically” I was being billed the next month with my account stating I signed up for monthly delivery. They changed it without my consent and there isn’t even a number to call. I’ll be contacting my bank. Shady!

Scamming

This is the second time I had stuff in my bag that I was waiting to buy and they automatically shipped it and charged me. I’m not sure how they do that but like I said this is the second time this has happened. They did refund but do not charge me until I check out! I tried to give them another chance but I’m done!

I have had razor subscriptions with…

I have had razor subscriptions with three different companies and have used several types of disposable razors over the years and I can say without any hesitation that billie razors are hands down the best I've ever used. Blades are super sharp and great quality. Always a close shave with pretty much zero irritation. The price is so reasonable and I love the high quality of the product. This is one woman who plans on being a lifetime customer. Thanks billie!!!! You're the best ever.

The worst

The worst. I don’t know if they changed the design of the handle or what it is but it’s impossible to shave without the razor head falling out 3-5 times per shower. I will not be repurchasing.

Great razors and better customer service

My sister recommended them to me a while back and I was hesitant because I have really sensitive skin and it doesn't take much for my skin to break out or end up with horrible razor burn. I decided to give them a try and I haven't gone back since! The razors are amazing, I get such a close shave and no cuts or knicks! And another thing I love is I don't even have to use shaving cream and my legs don't break out. They also have the best customer service! I made a mistake and forgot to update my address in time for my shipment to go out and I reached out to them and they sent it to my new address with no charge. I was amazed, this is such an amazing company. Billie razors are the only ones I will use.

Not impressed

Not impressed! First the aloe/moisturizer that surrounds the blades gets sticky and if you are like me and put the razor cap back on the aloe glues the cap on making it almost impossible to get it back off. Most of the time the razor comes off while I fight to get the cap off.
The razor head also just comes off easily while I’m shaving which isn’t safe and it causes cuts.
Does anyone else have these issues or am I alone in this?
I think this razor is no good.

This is a good product

I just started using Billie razors. They do the job. No nicks and the price is amazing.
Also the customer service is wonderful
I was mistakenly billed twice for my auto delivery. I sent them an email and they credited my account immediately.

I loved Billie...at first.

I loved Billie at first and told everyone. Now we have a ton of blades and have noticed the quality has gone down. Not getting as close of a shave as when I first purchased.

Today I canceled my subscriptions (I had 2, one for me and 1 for my husband because he loved it so much at first too).

Only giving a 1 star review because I couldnt do 0. This razor was worse then the cheap travel razors I buy at a dollar store. I got razor burn and cuts all over my legs and their shaving cream was too thick to use. Then they sent another one because I was on a subscription and didnt realize and they wouldnt let me cancel it and than told me they dont accept returns. this place is a joke! what a scam!

I do NOT recommend this product

I bought the coral razor recently and couldn’t be more disappointed. No matter what area I use it on it gives me severe razor burn, leaves stubbles and makes me sticky. The soap or whatever they have around the blades is like glue and took forever to get it off my skin. The soap around the blades also must come out too far because I can’t get a smooth shave no matter how hard I tried. I had lots of tiny cuts even when pushing softly. It’s just junk. But I guess you get what you pay for. It was cheap so I should have known better. I 10/10 do not recommend especially if you have sensitive skin

I had issues from the very beginning

I had issues from the very beginning, but I kept giving Billie a chance. Nearly a year later and I canceled my subscription. Their razors and shaving cream are ok, but not any better or cheaper than what I was using before. When I first subscribed, I ordered a shave cream and travel cover but they were missing from my order. Billie made it right and sent them right away, but it took nearly two weeks! Then when my refills were sent out the second time, it took nearly a month! There was no tracking and when they didn’t arrived by the last date of the range, I contacted customer service. Their answer was to wait a week. It took nearly two more weeks. I decided to let those two problems slide, as I know shipping issues are common these days. But same thing is happening this time. My refill blades have not shown up when they were due a few days ago. Billie said they checked the tracking number(which is funny since the email saying the blades were sent says there is no tracking available) and my package is lost! So they are sending a replacement, will see if I actually get it. I canceled my subscription and will just go back to my previous brands.

The razor is okay

The razor is okay. I didn't get to use mine for very long since the stuff on the blade melted(?) or something so I could no longer use it. 3 months later I just get an email that my order is ready and I'm very confused. There is no option from what I can see to stop a subscription so I didnt think I was apart of one. I also don't understand how it says it has my card information stored when I had to change my card number after my order was placed. How do they have this updated information? This makes me extremely uncomfortable.

I was a customer for years…no longer

I was a customer for years but recently they changed their shipping method and it’s been 3 weeks since they charged my card and I still haven’t received my refill order. I contacted them and they said to give it another week to see if it shows up! Waiting for a month for something I already paid for and really need is unacceptable, now I have to go spend money on razors elsewhere because I’ve been out for way to long! I cancelled my account today after being a customer for several years. They really might want to rethink their shipping method after looking at all the people complaining about the same thing.

I’ve been a Billie subscriber for 8…

I’ve been a Billie subscriber for 8 months now. I subscribed because I was spending a small fortune every month on razors at the store. I loved the idea of having them shipped directly to my home at a price that is very affordable. My starter kit arrived pretty quickly (within a week if I remember correctly). Right off the bat I was hooked! The razor and blades were amazing and gave a close shave like I’ve never had before! Over the next couple of months, my replacement blades came, (about 2 weeks after they were shipped— which I didn’t mind considering the post office tends to be slow at times). Again, the blades were great, no issues. Then comes the third month. My replacement blades took 24 days after my card was charged to get to me. Annoying but whatever… stuff happens. Soon after, I used one of the replacement blades and noticed the shave was not nearly as close and smooth as the ones in my last couple shipments. I thought maybe I got a defunct blade? So I tried another, with the exact same issue! The shave was not close at all. Something had to have changed with their product. Because l believed so much in their product, I decided I’d give them another couple months of my business, just to see if maybe I did in fact get replacement blades that were just a bad batch?? Last month my replacement blades came within 2 weeks, but again were DULL. Frustrated but decided to give BILLIE one last shot. On January 7th my debit card was charged for my replacement blades. Today is January 22nd and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REPLACEMENT BLADES! I emailed their customer service yesterday and was told “shipping typically takes 4-7 days and the USPS is experiencing delays”, blah blah blah, to wait ANOTHER WEEK, And if I still hadn’t received them by January 28th to let them know. January 28th will be 3 full weeks from the date I was charged. So here I am without replacement blades to be able to shave. Between the bad change in their blades and the horrible shipping times/delays, I’ve made the decision to end my subscription with Billie and try another razor subscription service. I’m sad because I was so happy with their product for the first couple months. It was very convenient and I would go as far as to say it was “life-changing”, with the money savings, alone. But again, I can’t constantly worry every month if my replacement blades are gonna show up in a reasonable amount of time.

Raizors are fine awful shipping times!

Raizors are fine. But shipping times are awful!!! I shouldnt have to wait for a month for my raizors to arrive. I might as well go to the store. I have to email customer servicer every month asking about my order. Will be cancelling after this one!

NOT worth it

The branding, price, and convenience is hard to beat, but this razor is still not worth it. I have used a Venus razor for as long as I can remember, and rarely, RARELY cut myself. I get cuts nearly every single shave with Billie and am left with stubble and razor burn. Truly the worst razor I have ever used!! A disposable razor works better.

Not the same blades as before!! Could never get a smooth shave, super bummed that they changed the design.

So last year on a girls trip, I used my friend’s Billie razor and absolutely loved it. I kept using my husband’s razors for months later until I remembered the Billie, and quickly placed an order. It took awhile to arrive, but nbd. I liked the idea of the shaving gel/razor combo and the magnet for the shower wall. BUT- this razor wasn’t anything like the one I’d used before. No matter what, just couldn’t get a close shave on my underarms or legs, and I do not have coarse hair or stubble. This razor actually left me with awful stubble.
I figured it was just a fluke, so I waited for the next month’s shipment. Nope, same thing. I’m super disappointed, and I’m not kidding when I say that in terms of a close, smooth shave, a 99 cent disposable works better. I did like that I didn't get any cuts or nicks, but that’s probably because it just doesn’t shave close enough to the skin.
I cancelled my subscription and will be going back to my husband’s razors until I can find something else.
Not impressed.
