Excellent customer service
This company has great razors but like everyone states, shipping takes darn near a month. They did make a change to the blades and although I preferred the previous version, the new ones are good. However, their customer service is top-notch and if contacted, they make things right. They are one of few companies it seems, who value and take care of their customers.
It won't let me verify my account
I got my razors perfectly fine but I can't log into my account? Anytime I try it tells me that I need to verify it and when I click the link to verify it I did and it won't let me make a password or anything

This is the best razor I've ever used and I've tried allot in my 62 years. No itching on my legs or arm pits. No ingrown hairs (anywhere). Like I said it's the best and I love the shaving lotion.
They changed the blade & upped the price.
Been a customer for a few years, but this year they changed the blade and not in a good way. The old blades last awhile, but with this change it’s horrible now. Also got the email about price change and how it was going up. So now I’m being charged more and the blade is crappy. I canceling my subscription today.
Horrible customer service
I really love these razors I've had a subscription for almost 2 years now. I've hated regular razors from the store and thus has been the best subscription I've signed up for.. Ive really never had any trouble with their shipping or products. However last night I tried to add a few items to my subscription and tried to view what I added to make sure it wasn't too much. The web site was having issues and wouldn't let me view my subscription and said to come back later. I tried all night with no luck. The next day I see I was already charged for a bunch of items added that I was trying to remove last night and I contacted them straight away only to be told that it was too late. It had been less that 24hours. I'm so extremely frustrated and pissed off and disappointed all in one. I was charged so much and I don't even want all this product.... horrible customer service. Im just really sad that they tool all that money out 92$....
What is going on with the shipping
What is going on with the shipping? I really like these razors, but ever since they changed the packaging, they don't arrive within the ridiculously long range for delivery. The whole point of a delivery service is not to have to buy razors out, and now I keep having to go out to get razors in the mean time. I'm so frustrated.
Still Hairy and Waiting..
Initially, razors shipped quickly with a subscription. Today razors ship Presorted Standard (cheapest slowest shipping method) which is not reliable or timely. Time to look for a new shaver . Subscription cancelled. Peace out.

Really liked these razors, but waiting 3 weeks for my first refill is ridiculous. Especially since you took my money right away.. maybe don’t charge me until you ship it then… now I’m all out of razors and out the $$ I paid for ones that never arrived. Their response to me was they are using a more eco friendly way of shipping. The USPS is eco friendly and it doesn’t take 3 weeks …

First time user and the blade keeps coming off the handle and is not easy to put back on, so far I'm disappointed 😒
Billie contacted me immediately and sent a new handle. Received it super quick and it's working great. Smooth, clean shave, I'm super pleased!

I told my wife and daughter about Billie, and now they hate me..
Ok, they don't hate me, but for my daughter's razors my credit card was charged on 9/7, & guess what- 9/21 and she's received zero razors. See a common theme here folks? As an aside, DSC gets my razors here in 4-5 days after ship date. They want that level of service, and are willing to pay a "pink tax" for it. Wait, DSC costs about the same....

I haven't received my last TWO orders

I'm editing my review because I was contacted by mybillie.com right away, they are sending me replacements of both my missing orders with a tracking number, and it was delivered today. I am happy with the customer service, I just wish I didn't go through this in the first place because I was left without any razors at all.

I have a subscription
I have a subscription. Each time they said it would be here in 7-10 business days. Well it is now almost three weeks and I ordered the 6th say may not get here until the 27. Not acceptable. Cancel my subscription and move on. So sad I like their razors, just waiting a month is insanely crazy to get refills.

Absolutely love the razors
Absolutely love the razors. Totally fed up with the shipping. Been a customer for almost 2 years and 40% of orders do not arrive. Customer service is wonderful- they apologize & ship a new order out which miraculously arrives. Billie-please package differently so the packages arrive. I want cancel but love the razors. I will be shopping around though.

Good Razor, But Slow Shipping
Razor and packaging are really cute! The shipping does take longer than I hoped but once I get shipments each month, hopefully it won’t be as noticeable.

I ship for my business and they’re consistent blame on USPS taking longer is BS. A similar sized package is taking a week to arrive for me, tops. My guess is they aren’t shipping the items when they say because 3 weeks for this package is not acceptable. Every time I’ve reached out, I’m asked to wait another week to 14 days! That’s outrageous when it’s already pushing a month since my credit card was charged. I think I’ll be switching back to Dollar Shave Club- I like the product less but their shipping is fast and consistent. I’ll also be removing Billie from my links on Instagram, I don’t feel right continuing to ask folks to swipe up for a company with less than stellar customer service.

My daughter suggested I try the Billie razor, and I am very glad I did! It is by far the best razor I have ever used! I also love the shaving cream, the combination works out great! Their customer service is outstanding! Thanks Billie, for a great product!
This is the second time this year…
This is the second time this year (2021) that Billie has failed to deliver my razorblades.
All I get is: give it 7-14 days.
Seriously?!
For 1 paper card with 4 lightweight razorblades attached. REALLY?!
It's August 10th, 9:40pm. Still nothing in the mail. Was billed on July 18th. It should NOT take over 3 weeks for this item to arrive.
I see I am not alone in dealing with this poor service.
Not a happy customer.
Send the razorblades or refund me!

I love billie!!!!! I am obsessed with the razor but their customer service is also incredible. My razor got dropped and the handle clasp snapped so I can't use it anymore. When I emailed them they quickly responded saying they would send me a new handle on them. Best shave ever and best company ever. I love billie
