I loved the eco friendly packaging and…

I loved the eco friendly packaging and that the company is eco conscious. Getting razors delivered monthly was a game changer. They’re inexpensive compared to the Gillette ones I was using before and I loved the colors. Only thing is that I wish they offered the razor holder to buy without having to buy the whole kit

The shipping though!!!!

I have been using Billie's razors for almost a year now; love the quality AND aesthetic AND convenience! HOWEVER, the shipping has been consistently bad, taking almost a whole month to arrive. As someone else noted, if your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, customer service is quick to mail a second package with upgraded shipping! But I don't feel comfortable reaching out to customer service every time an order is delayed knowing that they'll just send more stuff. I would rather Billie spend the money on better shipping across the board than spend money shipping new packages to make up for the weeks late package, y'know?

All of that said, I still gave them 4 stars for the products and for their customer service! I hope they stay around forever <3

I changed my subscription to every 3 months weeks ago. Surprise that was ignored. I got an email today that razors were shipping and my credit card was charged. 😡I canceled the subscription completely.

Love the razors, hate the shipping

I love Billie razors. The price cannot be beat, and the quality of the cartridges is amazing. I get the closest shave of my life with Billie, without any razor burn or irritation.

However...I am enrolled in the 4 cartridges a month plan, and I have not received my cartridges on time in nearly 2 years. I understand COVID affected shipping, but that's over now. When I email Billie about the delay (4-6 WEEKS to receive my order), they tell me they've changed packaging (again) and are using USPS to ship. Okay, but that doesn't explain why it takes 4-6 weeks from the time I get the notification that "something good is on the way" to receiving my razors.

And I'm stuck, because I A) refuse to pay the outrageous prices required by brands like Gillette, and B) Billie razors are amazing. So here I sit, another day without new razors, hoping my week-old Billie cartridge doesn't chop up my legs when I shave tonight. I wish Billie could work out their shipping issues.

I LOVE Billie

I LOVE Billie! I started with the razors which are awesome! Then I tried the face wipes. I have tried so many different face wipes and never found one I loved until Billie. The make up comes off easily and the wipes leave my face feeling wonderful! My search is over! I just tried the lip balm and love it! Works wonders on my lips with just the right amount of color. Billie is the best!

I love the close shave that I get from…

I love the close shave that I get from my Billie razor. My legs feel so smooth. The facial wipes are a nice size cloth for washing your face. Plus, the facial wipes have some good stuff like vitamin C for making your face look refreshed and glowing. Thank you Billie!!

Not only are they amazing to use, they are rated highly on EWG in terms of safety and environmental concerns. I love the smell of the body lotion and hope they make a similar one with mineral SPF! Perhaps most of all, I love how they are empowering women with their ads and platform! <3

I LOVE Billie razors and shaving cream

I LOVE Billie razors and shaving cream. My only negative is the shipping. I live in Hawaii (that may be part of the problem or the postal service) and I've learned that most orders are taking about a month to arrive. In the beginning we thought that the orders were lost. Billie's customer service is excellent. They immediately sent replacements (which then generally arrived before the original order). Now I have learned to just be patient. Order will arrive anywhere from 3-6 weeks.

I love using the Billie products!

I love using the Billie products!! I've used their razors for a few years and recently started using their disposable face cleansers. I appreciate the communication when a new shipment is getting ready for delivery so that I can adjust if I need it sooner or later.
I highly recommend Billie!

Blew me away
