Lots of positives, very few negatives

I think Billie is a great company, with well-made razors and the travel razor cover I got works perfectly! I did reach out with a question about getting another sticky pad for my razor to keep on the wall when we did work on our bathroom, but no one reached out to me. I did buy two razors, and the second one was better made than the first, because the first one the razor blade often fell off. However, the second razor is beautiful, affordable, and I will never go back to buying razor blades in the store. Overall, a great company!

I will never use another razor again!
1. Hello color options! I've never seen so many pretty colors!
2. The handle is so light it just glides so easily, especially over knees.
3. The blades themselves are so effective. By far the best I've used so far.
4. Thank you autoship! I never run out and they're so affordable and consistent I never have to worry about availability or finding the best deal across platforms.
5. Their other products are great so as needed I just add it to my autoship. Easy peasy. If I can wait, I buy them a la mode.

The only razor I use

I started using the Billie razor years ago and forever continue to! It’s simply the best razor I’ve used. Smooth shave and I do not get razor burn or cuts easily at all. I highly recommend the shaving cream along with it. It makes a world of a difference. It’s priced well and the automatic shipment is so nice!

Best razor I’ve ever used and great customer service! My handle broke within the first couple weeks of getting it, I reached out and they were so quick to get back to me and send me a replacement. I have not had an issue since. Cannot say enough good about this product!

By far the best razors I’ve ever used! My legs are much more smoother. I love the refill subscription and even when one package got lost, I contacted customer support and they immediately sent another for FREE! I will not use another razor brand again.

I bought the Billie razor and I love…

I bought the Billie razor and I love love love it! I have problems with my hands and this razor is so easy for me ! I will not even look at another one. When my sticker back went bad they shipped another one immediately, now that’s customer service ❤️ Next I tried the facial wipes, FABULOUS. I’m 68 years old and they make my face feel wonderful, my only question would be why don’t they come in a 30 sheet pack instead of 25? Besides that I’m a Billie customer for life ❤️❤️❤️

Not better than the others, but cheaper. Poor shipping/packaging.

I get ingrown hairs very easily and haven't found these razors to be any better or worse for ingrown hairs compared to Gillette, but they are much cheaper so I've stuck with my subscription for almost 2 years. However my last two auto refills NEVER arrived, and both times I had to contact Billie after 2-3 weeks and get them to send me a replacement refill. They claim that they recently switched to more eco-friendly packaging, which is awesome, but that this packaging doesn't allow for tracking with USPS. I guess that means the packages now get lost, because I never had problems with refills (even last summer and fall when shipping delays were inevitable due to the pandemic) until they switched their packaging & shipping method. I am on the verge of cancelling my subscription after having this problem 2 refills in a row over the course of 5 months.

Hello, ingrown hairs, rashes, discoloration and razor burn!

I've never had ingrown hairs, rashes, discoloration and razor burn like I did with this razor. I'm African American and gave this razor a try for 8 months before I thought to myself, "Self, be sensible. Enough with the hype. You've been shaving since you were 13 years old and have never had the ingrown hairs, bumps and discoloration like you have consistently had with these wack hyped razors." And that's when I made the decision to switch back to my Bic Soleil 3-blade razors. And guess what? No more razor bumps or discoloration. Why mess with a good thing, folks? I wish I hadn't spent so long using the Billie razors, which were a total waste of money and made my legs look like I had some skin condition.

love the razors, HATE the shipping

I absolutely love the razors, but the shipping time is ridiculous! It took my second shipment a month, and this one took 2 1/2 weeks. Seriously, they need to get their shipping changed. I almost canceled my subscription because of how long it takes for them to get from Kentucky to South Carolina. I could drive there and back faster.

What a great surprise!

I've used inexpensive disposable razors forever. I could never see the value in a really good razor. But my friend and daughter raved about Billie so I decided to give it a try. Wow! I can't believe I have been missing out all this time. My shaving time is super fast and injury free. I really love the colors and the magnetic holder. Great idea!
