I have been with My Budget for 3 years…

I have been with My Budget for 3 years now, they literally saved me , i was drowning and living day to day , my budget helped me come up with a solution and i have been able to see that there is a light at the end and one day i will be able to afford things like a holiday, house. Everytime i speak to them they are very understanding and extremely helpful, very professional and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to recommend my budget to any one that needs help. MyBudget are experts at being able to identify my needs and deliver the solutions I required

MyBudget are experts at being able to identify what I needed as a client, in order to improve my own cash flow and become better at budgeting through the solution they have provided. My life would be in a very different state now if it weren't for their service and expertise.

Reliable, Friendly Service

We’ve been with MyBudget for 13 years and have nothing but praise for the staff and the service. Their reliability means that we know all our bills are paid on time. When I’m not having a good day brain-wise but need something done, the staff are patient and brilliant at helping me get through the process to achieve the desired resolution. Really can’t speak highly enough of them.

Gott my life in order…

Before employing the services of My Budget I was out of control with my savings and expenditure.
My Budget reigned in my bad practices, debt and me living in constant anxiety knowing I had bills to pay but no money to pay then with.
Everyone I have ever had dealt with has been empathic to my situation along with professionalism.

The most lovely staff

The requests are not always accurate. A miss communication of what has been asked. Always the most pleasant staff and extremely helpful when you ring and talk to them. But when somethings are needed to be altered, they just don’t understand.

Best thing ive ever done.The initial consultation had me feeling…

The initial consultation had me feeling relieved and that I was going to gain control of my finances again. At no point was I judged or made to feel financially irresponsible.
The budget was made in collaboration with me and I felt in control the whole time. I have been able to adjust my budget very easily over the last 6 mths and I'm finally saving money.

MyBudget Australia are lifesavers

MyBudget Australia have been lifesavers. I couldn't not have gotten through the past 12 months without them supporting me through some monumental difficulties and getting back on top of things. Having them in my court has helped me feel calmer and more confident, trusting that my finances are taken care of, that bills will be paid on time, and I can actually plan to save for things and never use a credit card, buy-now pay-later or payday loan ever again.

Nothing is a problem for staff ...

Over the past months l have had more visits than normal due to failing health . Each time l have found staff on the front desk to be kind and helpful also medical staff have been great. I never feel l am wasting their time . I transferred to this practice due to my general GP retiring ..l tried a few practices nearer home but felt l was wasting their time so l informed them of my feelings and left . Thanks to my chemist l found Dr Annie Gong and the wonderful staff at Castle Hill. I feel so safe under her care.
