At first, there were some communication issues between us and MyBudget, which led to some trial and error. Had a really great experience with Tristan. Talked on the phone to discuss the budget and organise some medical appointments, really empathised with me and could certainly see them as someone I would sit down with and have a chat rather than just someone on the phone.

The team at MyBudget are great. They are helpful and try to cover everything. If you have two wages coming in then this should work for you. If you have one it might not pan out as you had hoped.

I had really great customer service today! The gentleman who I spoke with was so helpful and lovely and make me super excited for the future and the things I can do with implementing my new budget. I’m also a single mother of 3 and when returning back to work part time with little to no other assistance, it was only because of MyBudget that I was able to make it through financially without struggling.

I joined my budget, not because I was doing great managing my budget, but because I realised that my finances had gotten a bit out of control. I was stressed all the time and wanted to bury my head in the sand. I had seen the ads on TV and thought well they can't do any worse than I had. Mybudget were reassuring from the get go. Words like bankruptcy were scary, but that's where I was heading, they knew it, I knew it. They sorted everything out, called creditors and came up with a realistic budget. Yes it is hard at first, but that was on me because of the financial position I put myself into, no one else to blame. Four years on, I will be forever grateful for Mybudget. I don't worry about money anymore and I have a financial organisation who is always ready to help. I'm in the process of building a house, they even helped broker the loan. I'm in for the long haul. Couldn't be happier

I have been with My Budget for 5 years and will be closing my account for these reasons.
My Budget does not notify you of any late payments unless you go on to your app to check yourself. They dont manage these late payments at all. My car repayment with Toyota was due, my budget was to transfer money to my expenses account so that it would cover the Automatic debit from Toyota. I received a notification from Toyota that the payment was not processed. Once going on the App I could see the payment date was pushed out.
Why is My Budget not communicating with you that some late payments are in the budget.
Why are we paying for a service when we are not receiving the right outcomes.
This also happens with my mortgage, the mortgage gets pushed out but not communication from them to try and move things around to fix the problem prior to it being due.
My money worries have not disappeared at all.
My budget states on their website says "Live your life free from money worries" I dont know how anyone can live by that statement when they are with My Budget...........
I have never had a call from My Budget to touch base with anything...
I would rather save the fee they charge per week which amounts to over $3000 per year and pop it back into my budget. Another thing they take the interest from your account you dont see any of it!!

I have been with My Budget for 3 years now, they literally saved me , i was drowning and living day to day , my budget helped me come up with a solution and i have been able to see that there is a light at the end and one day i will be able to afford things like a holiday, house. Everytime i speak to them they are very understanding and extremely helpful, very professional and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to recommend my budget to any one that needs help.
