I absolutely loved having my budget for…

I absolutely loved having my budget for the convenience of my budget paying my bills for me making sure all my bills were paid on time and how easy it was just to send a bill and they worked out how much was need to put away to buy a large bill each fortnight.

Peace of Mind - and a Trip of a Lifetime

I don’t think I can put into words just how much MyBudget has changed my life. Before I joined, money was my biggest source of anxiety. I felt stuck, like I’d never be able to get ahead or even dream about the things I wanted.

From the moment I started with MyBudget, that weight started to lift. They gave me a plan, but more importantly, they gave me hope. I’ve built healthy habits I never thought I could stick to, and for the first time in a long time, I feel in control of my finances instead of the other way around.

In my very first year, I saved enough for something I’d always thought was out of reach - a dream trip: a whole month in London and Disneyland Paris. That trip changed me in so many ways, and I still can’t believe it actually happened. I know for sure it never would have without MyBudget.

I’m so grateful for the team and the program - not just for helping me save money, but for giving me the peace of mind and freedom to dream again.

Long time customer

I have been with mybudget for 10 years. I love the fact that all of my bills are allocated and either paid by mybudget or transferred to my bank account. I have savings and money also put aside for holidays. I find accessing money very easy and if I need to contact mybudget staff have always been friendly,courteous,professional and attended to my enquiry quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend mybudget as I no longer stress about bills and if anything urgent arises financially mybudget can look at my finances and work aroud budget. I have always received 100% service.

Eugene simplified our experience

My wife and I are just starting with my budget. We had some issues with payments on correct days due to bank changes etc. Being a FIFO worker with multiple different pays made things even harder. My Budget decided to go off an average but Eugene wasn't happy with that and went through and entered my pays manually for 12 months. He went above and beyond on a Friday morning to simplify things for my wife and I. Thanks again Eugene!

Majority of times I speak with the…

Majority of times I speak with the female staff especially, they are extremely empathetic and great listeners. I think your female staff really know what is/me as a customer needs reassurance that everything will be ok regardless of the bill that comes in or whatever it maybe.

The fees are extremely high considering…

The fees are extremely high considering there is no follow-ups or check ins. Money is hard to get to in emergency situations and in general. We've had to get a credit card for emergencies that occur on the weekend or evenings which kind of defeats the purpose.

I always find no matter what happens

I always find no matter what happens, my budget is always there to help with my financial situation. As my health improves there are more things needed like the gym and massage. My budget helps me accomodate these extras and keeps my budget healthy. The am able to save not a lot but some money. Before there would have been no savings. If you really are fed up working out your budget and need someone to streamline it or make it simple, ring my budget best call I ever made.
