Please you must know that my buena vida.com is very different from labuena vida, My buena vida could be a scam and that is because they don't deliver as they say while the labuena vida is a legitimate organization that helps people to live the good life.

This company is completely dishonest. I placed an order 1 time and now they keep billing my account for hundreds of dollars constantly without my ordering anything further! Have had to contact my bank repeatedly to have charges disputed and suffered repeated overdraft fees, now have to close my account at my bank and open a new account to put a stop to their illegally withdrawing funds from my account without authorization!

SCAM I ordered a cutting board in March 2020 and have never received it
I have sent numerous emails and they keep saying its because of Covid-19
I have requested my money back 3 times and just keep getting the same reply that they are working on it
I know I will never receive it , but it was 68.00 dollars and im peeved right off
I should have read the reviews first so I guess it's a live and learn situation again
I was hoping I was over this

i have not seen my order and it was order on May 3 2020 it is 8/2/2020 over 120 day and it the latter every time i ask for response we are working getting your order ready for shipping

The worst company to deal with still not received my goods.

One star because zero stars is not available. This company is a total scam. Ordered a saw never received. They sent the 3 blades that were part of the saw package but no saw. Then because the shipment had a tracking number for the blades they deny any claim. They do not respond to any emails nor can you call them. Do not purchase anything from them. If you do you'll be sorry

100% Fraud!!! My review is ZERO STARS. I ordered something on Mar h 25th and I never revived my order
that of course had been paid for plus shipping fees. I have tried contacting them in every way possible countless times and can prove all of my attempts with no response. I have already started filing complaints with The Better Business Bureau, as well as many other consumer reporting agencies including those overseas. The are 100% criminals in all ways possible. Authorities need to shut down This site ASAP. Fortunately I Have many criminal justice connections most of whom are government affiliated and they have already been informed of the issue.

I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS UP WHEN A PICTURE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WHERE FOLKS -NONE OF WHICH WERE ASIAN - WAS PICTURED. THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY LOCATED IN HONG KONG. THAT WAS STRANGE. I MAY NOW GO BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND SEE IF THEY CAN ASSIST ME.

This review will supposedly be sent to Buena. That will be a waste of time.

I am still waiting for my order and after reading this reviews I am truly worried.
Send e-mails and no answer. I guess I got taken for a ride and lost my money. It is time to seek legal help

Completely useless site, total scam, worse company around, they only take your money and deliver NOTHING!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I haven’t received the product I ordered and there has been no way to communicate with them regarding it. RIP OFF!

I ordered the scratch off map and it came after about a month, but then I noticed they charged me $20 for a monthly charity/bracelet club I never signed up for. I tried to call and was left on hold forever and when I finally got on with someone they could barely speak english and kept calling me by the wrong name. They told me to email costumer service and I did. The next month my account wasn't charged so I thought the problem was solved. Then 3 months after my original purchase I was charged yet another $20 and it happened again the month after. I didn't even receive any of the bracelets from the club, just got charged. I emailed back and forth with customer service where each time someone new would tell me "IT is working on it". This continued for months and a year so I eventually gave up, but to this day they still owe me $60.

It's a total scam I ordered 10 bracelets they came after 1 month and few were broken then every month from my card they removed 20 bucks in the name of charity without my permission scam alertt

I bought some Bracelets in Oct 5th and I haven't recived anything yet. no one is answering in their e-mail account. Bunch of Thieves.

Scam! Would give 0 stars if I could. Charged me for something I didn't purchase and after I had cancelled my account with them. Said they refunded me the $23 which I never received. Total scam

Terrible! Don’t shop with them. They’ve been charging me for the last 3 months, won’t respond via email and there is no way to cancel the subscription that I never subscribed to to begin with. I’m going to have to deal with it through the bank.

I have emailed their "support" email about the charges ,still no reply .. today I woke up to another charge and it's only been about 2 weeks since they charged my account 28 dollars .. 😒

This is a complete scam and I'm surprised that they have not been shut down. They repeatedly charge for its monthly subscriptions even after several cancellations. 6 months after repeatedly charging under "Buena Vida", they deduct funds under a different company name BV Family LLC.

EVERYONE: contact the Florida State Attorney General's Office the IRS, and the FTC.(Because this is supposed to be a charitable organization that never gives the list of organizations it donates to if you ask.) This SCAM has been going on for years and I had the experience of them starting to charge my account again ONE YEAR after we canceled. It was only after threatening legal action that they reimbursed my account. DON' T JUST COMPLAIN, SHUT THESE SCAM ARTISTS (CROOKS) DOWN!

My daughter ordered ONE bracelet from there because they were having a sale. Since then, they have been charging my credit card $25 every month. Every time I talk to customer service, they say its a glitch but to me, it doesn't seem like anything is being done to fix it.
