Thieves!

For a year ago I thought I only bougth 1 bracelett - Found out that wasnt all the truth when they started to withdraw every month. So I cancelled after a few months.
They have today withdrawn 122DKR from my account, regardless I´ve cancelled everything with the company 6-8 months ago!!!
How is that even possible!
hopefully I´ll see my money again some day.

I can´t say anything good about this dodgy company!

They picked up 16€ from my account for no reason EIGHT MONTHS after the unsubscription! I HOPE THEY'LL GO TO JAIL!

SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!!! I ordered 2 bracelets August 2017 and the next month I was charged for bracelets I did not order, so I called and had they canceled my subscription that I never agreed with and now its March of 2018 and now I have a random $19.99 charge on my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Thier site is designed to attract gullible teenagers into a what really is a cover for card fraud.

They require a “subscription” to buy their products that is not easy to cancel.

My young sister took the bait and we cancelled the subscribtion only to get charged again 8 months later.

I had to cancel my card and file a complaint to visa via my bank.

My son got scammed into the monthly payment program (using my credit card) and even though I've cancelled TWICE, I'm still getting billed!!
WORST!!!

Cancelled my membership MONTHS ago and was charged out of the blue months later again?!? Do not trust your credit card with this company

Absolutely outrageous

I got a "free" bracelet from BV and only had to pay shipping. The bracelet was 3 months late and suddenly I saw over £30 was taken off my account. Apparently I agreed to a monthly subscription for "charity". This was not made clear upon purchasing, I couldn't even find it in the Terms and Conditions (which I also had to search up on the page). They refuse to return my money. Serves me for trusting online shopping.

I one time bought one of their products, but I didn't know we had to pay monthly. I kept on receiving bracelets after I have ordered my first bracelet (that is what I ordered), and no one in my family claimed that they have ordered the items. A few days ago, I received a necklace in a well-packaged box with a postcard. Like I mentioned before, my family didn't claim the necklace. I immediately contacted My Buena Vida. The emailing was very slow, and it took a few days, but they did reply, which was good. They replied that when you buy a product, you immediately get signed up to pay monthly for their charities. I try to reflected back, but couldn't. I looked for the bracelet that I bought, to see if I have misread the "agreement", and I didn't find it. Either it was sold out, or I was just signed up without a warning.
The good news is, the bracelets are very beautiful. The designs fit very well with their charity purposes and their theme(s). They are also very well made. If you don't want to contribute monthly, I would suggest going into their "One Time Orders" selection. That is something I felt like I didn't do. I heard from this company from social media, and when I clicked on their link, I was directed to the monthly selection.

I am a university student already struggling with money and I had bought a few bracelets for my friends as Christmas presents, having no idea you had to pay monthly?! They have taken out $25 out of my account for 2 months and I have unsubscribed multiple times and have emailed them. No response from them. I am so upset and I have no idea how to cancel future payments.

FRAUD!!! Never provide information, they are trying to steal your money via PayPal!

A scam. These sneaky people just want your money, and have no respect for customers. When you purchase something they automatically subscribe you to pay a monthly donation. The only way you would know this is by reading the long list of Terms and Conditions, and even that is unclear. This was and absolute disappointment. Unacceptable.

Not even worth a star. Bought a scratchpad in December which still hasn't shown up and on top of that have been getting withdrawals from my account for 19.99 USD in December and January. Emailed them and no reply. Tracking of the item is fake still hasn't been sent and phone calls don't work. HUGE SCAM

Bought the famous scratch map and as everyone else, i didn't get it. The map costed around 6$ and was taken out of my bank account immediately. But besides that they've already charged me 19,99$ twice since i bought the map in december ( it is now mid January). If you read the terms and conditions it says at the very bottom that when you buy something you automatically sign up for a subscription where you give 19,99$ to a "charity" every month. It is a big scam!

They have been stealing $40 a month from my debit card . it was supposed to be a one time fee of $9.95. Haha was i fooled and they wont return your calls infact their contact # is out of service. They are evil thieves

I bought a scratch off map November 2nd and didn’t get it till the end of the month. On November 30th and December 28th I was charged $19.99 for something I didn’t buy. I emailed the company and haven’t heard back. My credit card company reimbursed me already and are following up. I would suggest you stay away from this fake a$$ company, they’re a bunch of thieves. I wrote on their Instagram and they blocked me. Don’t buy anything. those good reviews you see are probly their own employees writing them because they sound way to good. I’m so pist off, it’s not about the $40, it’s about them ripping people off.

My daughter purchased a bracelet from this website and was signed up for a $19.99 recurring charge without her knowledge. We have tried to cancel the charge for four months with only canned responses from "customer service." This company is a scam.

I just wanted to order a couple bracelets online and the website signed me up for a monthly subscription of $20 without my knowledge. I purchased $20 worth of items from the website and I tried to cancel my subscription but it wouldn’t let me and it continued to charge me $20. I called so I could get a refund after cancelling the subscription and no one answered. Though the bracelets are nice, there’s little proof that the proceeds of this website even go to a charity. Also, they should clearly show that when you purchase an item from the website, you’re signing up for a monthly subscription. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

i ordered a map but wasn't aware i was signing up to a charity which they made very unclear. i emailed them i responded with ' it is in our terms and conditions' no one reads that. i unsubscribed but they are still continuing to take $26 out of my account. very unhappy with this website and am never going to buy off them ever again.

BECAUSE they don't answer the mails or messenger.

BECAUSE they debited 3 times my credit card with 3 times a different amount for 1 order.

They have to pay twice my money back!

What's really funny is you just know that any good reviews of this company are FALSE! I am one of many that got caught by their donations. I bought my daughter a map which took over a month to arrive, I then get charged 19.99 USD for a monthly "donation".
SCAM, stay far far away from these thieves.
Now I am in a dispute with Paypal.
It's really not the money, I just hate being swiddled.
