SCAM! Buying one beacelet signs you up for a lifetime of “donations.” You have to check the box to check out and somewhere in the “fine print” you authorize them to charge whatever they please. Paypal dispute in progress. Horrible business!

their whole business model is to sell cheap bracelets and get customers "subscribed to a charity" after which they charge credit cards $10 every month - and that monthly $10 is their actual business, not the bracelets.

getting off the "charity program" is hard, as they charge credit card even after unsubscribing and cancelling the account. also there is absolute no any kind of proof that they actually support any charity or help anyone with your money.

furthermore they have fake accounts and/or bots that leaves good reviews, always saying the same similar sentence because they are aware of bad reviews regarding what they are doing.

my buena vida is a scam.

They signed me up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge and are ignoring my emails and refusing to refund me, AFTER saying that my refund was being issued.

In July I purchased 4 bracelets for my daughters. After few months I found out that they charged me $9.99 in Aug and Sept, so $20 in total. It turns out that I automatically got enrolled into their monthly subscription program. First off I never subscribed for this and second I never received one of their "unique limited-edition bracelet". Very disappointing experience. Stay away from this company.

This is a great company I love the product and the charity that you can support when you make your first purchase you support different charities around the world, this is an amazing idea. I LOVE IT!

I live about 3 hours from the place the bracelets are made and shipped from. it took them almost a whole month to ship them AFTER I emailed and called the company several times. my bracelets came today, and I ordered 11-12 . only 10 came, when I should've had at least 11-12 plus the August edition bracelet since I subscribed back in July. I would give 1 star, but the bracelets I did receive are very beautiful and their customer service lady that I spoke to on the phone 3 days ago was very nice and patient with me. she resolved the issue and gave me an explanation as to why my bracelets were taking so long.

I love this company they have beautiful bracelets, good quality, good texture and nice colors, also when I buy a bracelet I can support a charity this is amazing, a great idea!

I really love this company, the quality of the bracelets is amazing considering the price. This company also help animals around the world, so you can buy a beautiful bracelet for $1.99 and help to many animals this is wonderful.

The customer service is very quick, My order delay some days and the every time help me and follow my case.

I receive the subscription bracelets every month and I couldn't be happier with them! My daughter loves them and says she's going to "collect all". The quality is amazing and the designs are super cute.

I purchased 3 bracelets, but one of them was not the one that I had chosen. Fortunately, Customer Service helped me and they could ship me the correct bracelet.

The whole experience was great, the product is of excellent quality and my order arrived on time. I have no complaints about this company. I hope they expand and offer other products besides bracelets.

Great bracelets, good quality for that price, the only thing was that it took them one more week to deliver the order but other than that I'm happy with their services. This bracelets are perfect for gifts.

I must admit that I had to wait more time than expected for my bracelets to arrive. However, it was worth the while and customer service helped me a lot. I placed an order for 20 bracelets. I received tracking info fairly quick, but need to call support to get an update. I was informed they were out of stock for some designs and needed to make more. I wanted about a month for mine to come in. It was so worth the wait! The price is unbeatable and the bracelets are beautiful!!! Me and my girls love them so much we remained subscribed to keep donating every month. Can't wait for my shark to come in!

I've been a member from the Family since January and all subscriptions were awesome, some of them gave it as a gift to my girlfriend and the others i kept it to myself. BV limited editions looks awesome i wore those all the time to go surfing and hiking. I recommend this guys 100%, always supporting good causes!!!

Amazed with this company!! The bracelets are really awesome, the quality of it is incredible!! The beads texture and colors are really pretty plus the theme of each bracelet, really nice work!. Great costumer service and great shipping, got my bracelets within one-two weeks. Definitely buying again and I really recommend it.
