It took longer than expected to replace…
It took longer than expected to replace my tyres as they had a couple of people away. I didn't expect this so did not plan ahead to be waiting for 3 hours.
They also didn't advise of the cost of qheel alignment and went ahead with this without letting me know before hand.
I think there needs to be better communication in the future so there's better transparency.

Car didn’t turn on after fix
I had done my service with them so the roadside assist to tow it there was free but when I went to pick up my car after it was “fixed”, it didn’t turn on. They replaced my radiator initially and then discovered there was still a leak afterwards hence it didn’t turn on. I’m now waiting for it to be fixed a second time.
