Nice and quick, did the extras they found for very little cost as well!

We got a fit in booking late in the day to sort a wheel vibration. On arrival the switched on young receptionist was on the ball and the car went straight into the shop. We got advice and explanation that 3 of the 4 tyres on the car had irregularities so had to go with a set of 4 new. The car is driving good as gold again, vibration gone.
We must say that the service was outstanding and the staff were great. The boss, Cris, is a great example to his crew and everyone is happy and busy but at the same time willing to stop and tell you what’s going on. The whole job took just over an hour, less than they said who was great. Well done Cris

My husband and were travelling from Newcastle to Queensland, and we found our car had a steering wheel shudder and the car at speed was pulling to the left. So while travelling we phoned, managed to get an appointment immediately, arrived, car went in straight away. In no time we were informed the car needed new tyres (which we suspected), they fitted the new ones, balanced and aligned them, and then got on our way. Excellent service from front desk to mechanics. Thank you all!

Boss was away, so scheduling was off. Car was booked for 12noon. I waited all afternoon & still hadn't been started at 4pm. Had to leave thecar overnight and arrange transport home & collection again next day. Also I paid online for my service but was charged an extra $14 at completion but no idea what for as it had only had the services booked.

I paid for a an essential plus service at $299 which is $50 more than the normal one and they say that they rotate the tyres, perform an engine diagnostic and give you 12 months roadside assist. But they don't rotate the tyres only if its deemed necessary and they don't give you a report on the Engine diagnostic unless there is something wrong so how do you know they even do it. Last most people already have roadside assist and it's not NRMA but some other unheard of mob that you get. So maybe next time I'll save the $50 and go for the standard service or shop around for a better deal.

Bright & happy staff members. They made sure they were doing everything I asked of them. It was also in the time frame they mentioned. Very professional
