Good job but waiting time much longer than told
The staff were friendly but the technical system needs work. I booked in for the 10-12pm slot, and was told them on arrival it would be at least three hours. I was told they would text me when it was ready (and they confirmed my ph). I had to go walkabout in the nearby shopping centre for that time as I don’t live nearby. 1.45pm went by without a text. I walked back to check to be told they finished by 12, and they couldn’t text because I had opted out of notifications when I signed up. So that 2 hours turned into 4 which was pretty annoying, half my day gone. Despite that, they were friendly and did a good job.
