Poor experience with MyCar
Got my car serviced with you. 5days later the car plays up and wont start because the alternator and the fan belt became damaged due to an oil leak. This oil leak was not mentioned as an issue of concern in my recent service review. Your service is appalling. You have lost my business and I am taking my car elsewhere.

I needed 2 new tyres..
I needed 2 new tyres..
I was quoted $460 which was a stretch for me but I agreed..
You did the job 12-1-26 at 3pm..
When I picked my car up my bill was $547 ..
I asked why it was higher than the quote..
She said .”We recommend you get a wheel alignment when putting new tyres.”
My issue is I was never recommended a wheel alignment it was just done and I was billed for it.
I then had to Afterpay my tyres as I didn’t have the extra $87...
