Excellent communication and very professional mechanical service.

Started work on vehicle early and completed early. I waited for my car, and was kept informed of the progress. Also informed of future requirements to vehicle.

Good communication and service even though they were extremely busy and it was first thing Monday morning. I recommend and will use them again.

Had to reschedule my appointment because the technician required to do the job doesn’t operate weekends,there was no consult regarding the timeframe for repair I felt it took a bit longer than anticipated. It wouldn’t hurt to have a courtesy vehicle available

Wrong communication. As a mother with young children being told your car is ready so you return only to be made to wait another half an hour then the dirty worker decided to hope in my car with no protection for my seat he was sweaty and was so disrespectful to get in my car in that state my seat was left humid and wet from the overweight worker that got in it, overall not happy

Also was charged for a wheel alignment at the cost of $89 and it was not completed

So I’m not happy at all

My experience with MyCar was second to none… they were so helpful and professional and still made me feel special, taking the time to explain all works done and also giving me advice on a particular situation!
I’ve used MyCar at Mackay and Bethania… service in both places were exceptional… thank you… very much appreciated! So much so that I feel I need to apologize for the state of my car because I hadn’t been able to keep it as clean as usual because of the difficulty of my older body parts not coping with working in the heat lately!

Chris and the team are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

They quoted a repair on my car quickly and at no cost. They did a great job servicing and repairing my car. They also gave me a list of areas my car needs attention in. Price was competitive. Recommend

Wonderful service and explained what my car needed. Was lengthy with both brakes, tyres and A/C service and roadworthy. Left my car overnight and picked up next day in the end.
Didn’t realise everyone drops car off at 8am and they then work through all the jobs. So expect to leave car there all day.
