Such great service from Lachie today!! Absolute champ!!! I had an indicator light bulb out and needed it changed and i went to autobarn in doncaster first, the guy there said, that he would have to take this part and that part off and unfortunetly it was a service they didn’t do. Then i went to autobarn in blackburn, got told they were short staffed, come back later, then i tried my luck with Mycar auto in Blackburn, and Lachie rang me back as he missed my call, i explained what happened, and he said without hesitation, to come down and he’ll do it. Within 5 mins of being there he had changed it. Life saver. Will use their services again. Thank you so much Lachie!!!

The customer service is first class! The team are friendly it is eady to ring the store and speak with someone which just adds to a great customer experience!

Peter the manager has always gone above and beyond to provide great service and a friendly chat.
This time I needed tyres and only had minimal time to fit them.
He managed to book me in at short notice.
It’s like going to your hair dresser or dentist. You don’t change even if you can save a few dollars elsewhere

I’m very disappointed with this store I have going there for over 20 years and it’s getting worse all the time

I got my car serviced at Blackburn got told my brake and disks need replacing I asked can they machine them said they don’t machine as they won’t be any good after 6 months
Then I got told I need new tyres I refused the new tyres ,so I went to a tyre place after the service to see if I needed tyres and they said you still have about 40-59 thousand kms tyres are in great condition
This is very disappointing that they are always trying to upsell when not needed I think I might take my 5 cars somewhere else were they are honest

Excellent customer service. Great communication regarding the work being done and any extra identified issues.

I recently stopped for petrol, and whilst filling up a passing pedestrian pointed out to me that there was something stuck under my car. It turned out to be a large sheet of plastic which I was unable to dislodge. I requested help at the service centre, and was immediately assisted by a mechanic (I think the manager) who put the car on a hoist to remove the plastic which had melted and adhered underneath.
I was most impressed by this friendly, efficient (and complimentary) service. Thank you so much.
