Easy booking process, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Called up with findings from inspection and made sensible recommendations without being pushy. Picked up at a time that suited me and I felt the service and work was a reasonable and fair price. To top off the experience, these guys are just a few minutes walk from home. Contact owner of any major issues prior too wasting there money. Major engine issue found but still proceeded to service knowing the cooling system and oil pump was mixing. Highly noticeable on radiator cap…. On pick up was informed I could still drive it lol…. Great way too cook the engine…

Thankyou for wasting my $495 that would’ve been better spent on the 7k it cost me too fix the actual problem.

I recently stopped by Mycar Services at Shell Coles Express Service Station Corner of Middleborough Road and Springfield Road Blackburn VIC 3130 my vehicle needed oil, but I wasn’t sure how to open the bonnet or where to add the oil. Two amazing staff members came to my rescue with such kindness and professionalism. They didn’t hesitate to help, and their caring manner made me feel completely at ease. They were genuinely happy to assist, and I’m so grateful for their support. It’s rare to find service like this—thank you for going above and beyond!

Reasonable price and reliable service. Had a little problem trying to book a logbook service on the website. Also will have to go back to get a coolant top up after I had requested it on my service notes but doesn't seem to have been done as my dashboard indicates the coolant still needs to be topped up
