SP at Braddon is super helpful and courteous. They have also helped out my son with his tyre needs multiple times in the past. This is why I went there today.

I've been a customer of Mycar Braddon (previously Kmart Auto) for a while. I've always been happy with your service until the most recent experience. During the booking process and when I dropped my car, you only asked for my car registration. On the morning I dropped my car, you asked for my phone number and realised that the number on their record was incorrect. You asked if I was happy to pick up the car by 5 and I said yes. I didn't hear anything from you throughout the day. When I went to pick up the car you said you tried to call me and email me as there was extra work needed. The guy at the counter was very short-tempered with me when I said I didn't receive anything. Turns out, you didn't call the number you had written down in the morning but instead contacted some random person I don't know. The car's rego number was registered with a different person and this person has been receiving personal details about me and my car. I received no apologies for the mistake and now I have to book another service to get everything done. I'm conflicted because I do want to continue to use Mycar in the future but I'm also concerned about your customer service and the way my details was handle.

Amazing service from Matt, Darren and team at My Car Braddon, who went above and beyond to get our only family car in for an emergency service during the busy Christmas period so we could be safely on the road for the holidays. Polite, clear communication at all times to explain the problem, solution and quotes.
