Really easy to book, team were communicative, explained the repairs, added on a safety check that was needed. Really good experience.

1) The young guy is dreadful. He might think he can speak English, but the rest of the English world is trying to understand what the hell he is saying. All ‘My Car’ does is employ kids and they unscrupulously use the customers’ bank cards…to tap and oh he needs a payment…a payment for what. All they want to do is to extract large sums of money with zero comeback…and zero in return. DO NOT GO THERE.

I was told my car needed a service when I booked it in for a safety check inspection. My car had been serviced by another mechanic less than 2 months ago. When I asked why, the mechanic couldn’t even explain his recommendation. This appeared to be a dishonest attempt to make me spend more money unnecessarily.

When I picked my car up it was illegally parked in a disabled car spot without the hand break engaged.

I needed a new tyre due to a stray screw on the road. Once again Mycar Tyre & Auto at Broadway had come to my rescue.
My car was fixed within the hour. They also offer roadside assist.

Bought 4 tyres at Mycar’s Black Friday sale. Confirmed a time for fitting & received a confirmation email. Arrived at the Broadway location at the booked time only to be told that a booking did not exist in the system. Showed the booking confirmation & booking number but the owner would not accept the tyre purchase at the Black Friday sale prices. Told me that it was likely as I didn’t pay for the purchase at time of sale, it did not register in the system. I was not given an option to pay at time of purchase as I would’ve definitely paid. I told the owner that I had had my other car for tyres at Broadway & paid in full on completion. He told me to contact Mycar HQ - which is impossible for a franchised company - no numbers listed or option given when you call Mycar 😡. I am certain that I’m not the only person this has happened to? Be careful when buying on sale days from this company!
