Customer service was truly excellent
Customer service was truly excellent - very helpful and very pleasant.
Car service was well done, without a huge wait. I filled in time by seeing a film at Hoyts cinema upstairs and a doing a bit of shopping. Parking fees are covered by MyCar.
Cost was very reasonable.
I highly recommend MyCar at Broadway shopping centre, Sydney.

Spent $2000 trying to fix my cruise…
Spent $2000 trying to fix my cruise control, but it never got fixed. I just got scammed. Trusted them because they said they could fix it. I had hoped they would tell me they couldn't do it and recommend another place to go, rather than trying to do it themselves when they know they couldn't.
