Recent Log-book Service a disappointment
This was the first time I booked a Logbook service with myCar. I have booked Essential Plus for the previous few. When I took the car in I asked them to check the Traction Control and Engine Lights that intermittently displayed, which is sometimes electrical and/or low battery life. After the car was returned, the lights continued to display so I took it back. Diagnostics were run, with recommendation to replace the Cam Shaft sensor. I was told they would need to price the sensor and would call back:
1. There is no evidence that they checked the battery. I had an independent check complete a few days later, which reported below required capability.
2. Running diagnostics is a step-in log-book service. There is no evidence that this was completed as the report was not discussed until after I returned the car the second time.
3. I called up a few times about the Cam-shaft sensor replacement and was told they would "call me tomorrow". They never did.
4. Wheel rotation is listed within service catalogue (as required). This is the third service that it has not been done (18 months).
Prior to this I have been pleased with the service I have received and the value.

Service requirement message not cleared
Service requirement message not clear despite being done for the last 5 years. Was asked to return on specifc day and time waited 3 hours and still not done. Disappointing now that I have to pay another servicer to get this message cleared. Also purchased 4 new tires and asked to replace one rim with reserve, asked on both times but was told they are busy.
