Short staffed
The staff were friendly and accomodating. But they were short staffed the day of my visit so the it took longer than anticipated (3hrs instead of an hour). Hope this is an occasional thing and not on a regular. Overall, alright experience.

The pressure of my 4 new tyres was way above what it should be. I returned to have it rectified. Also because I had already booked my service and tyre replacement I was refused the $100 deduction from the 3rd Feb

I unfortunately got a nail in my brand new cars tyre. Even during the busy period the team managed to squeeze me in and repaired it the same day. Excellent customer service, and they are just really genuine people. 100% recommend!
