Great service
Staff welcoming and helpful I had to drive 3 hours, I live in a rural location and had a later drop off time which was greatly appreciated service was done in a very timely manner so I could get back home in daylight and because of the location under the shopping centre had a plenty of things to do as my car was being serviced. I would highly recommend.

Incompetent
I booked for tyres over 2 months in advance and they didn’t even order them and now none are available at all for my car. Unbelievable!
Edited: don’t come at me with an auto response, your staff offered no alternatives but road tyres, if I wanted road tyres I would’ve ordered them, no wait up, you’d have to ACTUALLY order them for me so I got them, which we see is a maybe at best. Not even a solution nothing. You sacked the other for this! Think again about who you put on your staff.
