Amazing service with kind staff

The turnaround was pretty quick
The turnaround was pretty quick, I didnt have to wait long to get the puncture repaired and I was happy with the price.
I can't say the service was overly friendly, not much was said and the couch in the waiting area was filthy and disgusting.
I found the process to book the car in over the phone was a bit tedious, press one for this, press one for that. I prefer to speak to someone straight away, not have to listen to options to book my car in.

I got an appointment for 2pm for a…
I got an appointment for 2pm for a puncture repair and when i went there they having their break and they said it will take 1 hr around 3 i can collect my car do i waited and i met a lady there she also had 2 pm appointment for an alignment and told it take 1:30 hrs .
So we both having same time appointment and they only have one worker.
And they started working on my car at 3:30 and given my car back 4 clock.
It took 2 hrs for a puncture repair.
If they have someone at 2pm appointment why there are giving me 2 pm appointment.
Worst thing after the whole 2 hr waiting when i get the car the tyre was still low pressure and warning light was there and told me that it will reset once you drive.
After 45 minutes drive nothing was happened and i have to go to service station for pumping the air back .
Worst experience
I will Never ever go to the Campbellfield mycar or any

Overall I am happy with the work they put in.
I have been servicing my car since the time I bought it and I have never experienced any problems.i have been driving my car with a ease of comfort every day. The growing cost has taken toll on everything and everyone but the price for servicing is very reasonable compare to others. After all I am very happy with the work they do and the price I pay.it could be different for others but "you want know until you know".

Very Good Experience
As usual, I had a very good experience. Communication was excellent, and the service was completed in a timely manner.
I was called to let me know of the extra things that needed doing and the cost of each item before they were done, so there were no unexpected costs when I picked up the car.
