Team did a great job but the manager did not!
The job was done pretty quickly and team did a great job indeed. I was called back to offer a earlier appointment which was fantastic and I do appreciate it.
What I did not enjoy -
He seemed to be the manager, who needs customer service 101 course. He was on the phone with someone else still answering the questions that I was asking to the other team member who was serving me. He was very authoritative with his responses and certainly not customer friendly. I feel sorry for the team if they work for him!

Literally the best servicing and tyres in NSW
Literally the best servicing and tyres providers in the whole of NSW if not also Australia.. Thank God I found them, I have never dealt with a servicing business that is as high-quality and low cost like MYCAR :) I deal with the Campbelltown branch and I LOVE THEM! They gave me 12-months free roadside assistance and replaced my tyres yesterday for FREE! Special thanks to all the hardworking MYCAR staff and Jesus bless 💖🌹
