These guys were wonderful
These guys were wonderful, I took my car in on a Wednesday to get a couple new tyres & they advised they didn't have my tyre in stock so they had to order it in, they gave me a couple of dates that I could book in & I was going away for the weekend so I needed it done as soon as possible. They said they would get them on a courier for me & book me in 1st thing the next morning. That worked well as I needed my car that afternoon for an appointment on Thursday. They then called me later that afternoon on Wednesday & advised that the tyres had come in already & I was welcome to bring it back today, which worked even better, took it in at about 2:30pm & got a text to say it was done about 3:30pm - really satisfied with the team at how quickly they could get it sorted for me.

I started to book online
I started to book online, this was amazing that you could enter your car registration number and it showed options of tyres. This is highly advanced from other sites i researched. However, it showed my car as being 2016 but my car is 2019. So this made me nervous and as you had to pay online when you made the booking, i decided to call. I'd like to note when i went to a tyre shop run by another company a couple of days before they asked me for my tyre size rather than my rego which makes the experience not easy for the average customer, i appreciated you only asked me for my rego. I booked with your call centre. when i dropped my car off they called about 30 minutes later saying the call centre put the wrong size tyre on the booking and i'd have to come back next week so they could order them in. They said the website and the call centre don't have access to the different models of the cars so this mistake happens a lot. I had bad experience else where so i just wanted it over with. I got the tyres and they were very kind.

Booked my car in to have an oil leak…
Booked my car in to have an oil leak fixed and a service , guy rings me to tell me that the oil leak is too big, there is too much oil and he can’t see where it’s coming from and that I should take it to a Holden specialist, I go to pick it up and question why it wasn’t taken apart to find the leak and fix it , he tells me he is understaffed and only has an apprentice on, he then says he can do that if I leave it with him for a week, to which I asked well why didn’t he say that when he called rather than saying I need to take it to a Holden, more lies , I said that’s what I need fixed , then I find out that after he called to tell me that, he continued with the service anyway and charged me , even though the oil he put in is now just going to drop straight back out as he couldn’t be bothered to even look at it .
