My daughter draught our car for a rego…
My daughter draught our car for a rego inspection.You would not issue the certificate based on your finding a problem with the brakes and quoted verbally $1700 to repair it.I have been driving for over 50 years and never heard of such an outlandish quote .Is this an example of taking advantage of a young woman whose mechanical knowledge is limited. I had the car looked at by my reguler mechanic who inspected the car and issued the rego slip.
I HAVE NOT DISCOUNTED REPORTING THIS ISSUE TO FAIR TRADING.
