so good! i got a message when my car was ready to be collected :) i was told everything that was done to my car, and things i would need to do to my car (but i was told it wasn’t emergent, and i could easily get them done next service!) one of my headlights was blown and i had the replacement bulb in the glovebox. they changed it at no extra cost ! definetly reccomend !

Car service completed though what seemed like an internal mix up,the four new tyres being fitted had been overlooked.
Through some quick action by the staff, the situation was retrieved. I thanked the staff for their dedication in resolving the matter.

Completed my service by the time I requested. Only criticism is I didn’t receive a call to say it was ready.

They only had 3 of the 4 tyres available because the warehouse had sent three and not four of the right tyres. The car had to stay for another 24 hours whilst the fourth tyre was sent out. The fourth tyre was old and not shiny like the other three. The problems seemed to stem from the warehouse. The guys at the workshop were polite and helpful but couldn't control factors outside their control

Always great work, good explanations and friendly helpful staff

Sent the car there to get a routine service. Car came back with engine light on. Took it back and they said they couldn't do anything about it. First and last time I take it there.

Fit my car in to get fixed urgently when they already had a busy day. Was quoted the next day for collect but they had it ready by 5pm. Super nice and helpful staff. Thanks so much! :)

Ask for a diagnostic to find problem with car took 2 days to fix. Failed to check brake condition , car had another bad sound after first repair on wheel bearings mechanics failed to do a safety/test drive and missed problems with brakes . I had to then return after the weekend (shop closed) upon return the following week they had the car for an additional 2 days to diagnose and fix brakes.

Very efficient. And very honest - had requested (and pre-paid for) a wheel alignment together with annual service but the rep pointed out wheel alignment was not required and refunded the money.

This guys are the best, I have had my cars a few of them over the years serviced by them and recently I had my old Holden VZ wagon tail shaft played up that they rectified last year just about 1 year and they refixed them and more for FREE under warranty, then another Astra Wagon had brakes and windscreen washer fixed, they did it very economically and prompt. Great place I fully recommend this guys here.
