I received such amazing service from the team at mycar Claremont. Hussein went the extra mile to make sure I got the part for my Subaru outback for the best price and took the time to explain what needed fixing to someone who knows very little about cars! I highly recommend them!

I dropped my car off, they rang me a few hours later to say it was ready. It was seamless, professional and overall, a nice experience and they did not try to up-sell me with issues with the car.

Good price and product. I didn't award five stars because I booked in to have it done by 10am and that was not possible when I arrived. It was done around 12pm instead.

Very friendly staff. Identified the problem immediately and were able to fix it the same day. Would definitely recommend.

The experience has been harrowing for a what should have been a fairly routine and simple replacement of over flow coolant tank ending up almost causing twice a horrid accident for our Q5 Audi stopping mid road due to extremely un professional servicing and as I write this comment the vehicle is being towed back to My Car Claremont for the second time. The Servicing has been extremely poor and we reserve our rights to report this level of inebtitude and negligence. RAC who attended last night have recorded the negligent repairs for not fastening a clamp now three times on the over flow and charging twice for hoses that supposedly replaced. Our experience was very good with William the manager that was transferred to Joodulup My Car and unavailable to over see these what ought to have been simple routine service. We ought to be refunded the $1400 and all other costs of loosing time and traumas caused which has been recorded. The plastic cover was also broken yesterday. We believe that Kiat and Hossein whom we just saw were in charge of servicing. WE also have been told that since the vehicle had lost all its coolant and over heated now numerous tines that there could be engine damages that we hold you responsible for.
We have trusted and our your repeat client with various cars being serviced regularly
