Service was good, job done well. Didn't receive and information on what is needed to be done on my car. Rang up and got nothing. Went into the store and they said they would email me and still got nothing.

Took my car in for two new tyres and a wheel alignment, the tyres I needed were on special so that was great! I was in a hurry and asked if they could do it as soon as possible and it was done in 45 minutes! Great customer service!

over 5k quote
I was given a long list of things to fix over 5k and was told everything had to be fixed in order to fix the engine. I think I was taken advantage of being a young girl not knowing anything about cars and I believe they were trying to get money out of me without actually explaining what was wrong with it and what only needed to be fixed urgently.

There was a delay in my car being ready due to issues with a machine, however the staff were apologetic and friendly and ensured the car was ready asap.

You were able to book my car in at the time that suited me best. Staff were friendly when booking in and not pushy when it came to giving me the quote for additional work that was need. I will continue to have my cars serviced and any additional work done by the Clarkson branch.
I have previously had a negative experience with a different organisation eg tried to rip me off, which is why I have returned to you guys
