Friendly, knowledgeable staff at counter. Work hard under pressure (3 off sick) and offered good solutions to issues. First time used their services and was impressed with the apprentice who handled our transaction.

I regularly get my car serviced at Pines My Car Tyre & Auto & not once have they disappointed me. I could swear my car purrs all the way home. They treat me like a valued customer, always give me advice when I randomly pop in with a question. Few months back came in with flashing battery light, told leave car & do some shopping, came back all done. That's what I call service & it was with a friendly smile.

A screw wasn't done up on my fuel line
Luckily it didn't catch on fire and my son tightened iit after I drive to Melbourne from Gold Coast so I could safely drive back again.

Alan is a true asset to your team he goes above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Was recommended The Pines Elanora by a family member and after shopping around, no one could beat the price of my four new tyres and wheel balance. Premium tyres with the additional warranties and the best customer service, how could this be the best value? From the very informative and friendly service for requesting a phone quote, an email to confirm my booking, a follow up email the day before my service and the best face to face customer service on the day, I was completely overwhelmed as I had not received service like this in the car industry! I have had my tyres for two days now and I couldn’t be happier! A customer for life and I will recommend mycar to everyone! Thank you!!
