Horrible customer service
Forgot to order my tyre. Didnt call when they said they would. Was on hold for 45 mins without being answered and when I finally drove down to see them were outright rude and unfriendly. One of the staff was actually threatening toward me. Avoid this business at all cost

The manager has shocking customer etiquette. He was pretty belittling when I dropped my car off for a new tyre and wheel alignment. When I went back this morning to say that one of my hub caps was coming off, he ignored me. Its a shame because the other staff are really helpful

I had a good experience with my Volvo XC90 at MyCar Tyre and Auto Elanora. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the service efficiently, ahead of schedule. Booked my vehicle in for a tyre puncture at 1pm - hadn't heard so returned at 2pm only to find my car hadn't been touched - after a few words the job was completed by 2.40 in a satisfactory manner.
