Easy to book online
Easy to book online. Whole process went smoothly, from start to finish. Only small issue would be it's hard to ring at times and get through. But overall it has been a positive experience. I will definitely use Mycar again.

Honest workmanship
Honest workmanship. They suggested that they could order in the tires that day and lock in the price. On the day I asked if they could do it ASAP because I had a young child to put down for a nap and they were excellent about that.
Another location of this franchise attempted to get me to purchase their branded, full price tires. I asked for tires that were currently 25% off, they stated they couldn't lock in the price if they were to order them in. Which is confusing because Epping Mycar could.
