broke care key flattened battery trying to start car all I wanted was a rego ticked told the tyres where worn which I don't believe they were and will not be using My Car again

Polite, efficient, keeping you up to date about the status of your vehicle. Also providing recommendations on things to fix, making you feel comfortable to make your own decusions, rather than strong arming you.
