1. The computer system does not allow Flybuys to be credited after payment is made. Can this be fixed please?
2. Electric Vehicles currently cannot be serviced at MyCar Forest Hill. Are there plans to change this?

No contact or follow up
No contact re: pick up time, I had to initiate a call to check it would be ready. I had asked for a quote for a number of repairs and was told the system was down that day and they would follow up with the quote later but it has not come through one week later.

Not the first time I've left a great review for Mycar Forest Hill (VIC) and they've come through 10/10 again!
Clapped out radiator - no problem! Booked in straight away - 12 hour turnaround, car back on the road next day - unbelievable great service from these guys.
Can't recommend them highly enough!

With little or no notice they were able to fit me in for a brake service. They displayed a very good knowledge of the peculiarities of the VW brake systems. They sourced the parts and fitted rotors and pads in the space of only a few hours. The cost was very reasonable. Friendly and efficient

Extremely helpful with request for 5 new tyres and made sure i was eligible for the 20% off sale.
I rang up at 9am on Friday morning to enquire when i would be able to have the tyres fitted and they fitted me in at 2.30 that afternoon - could not be more pleased with the service.
