Professional and efficient service from beginning to end.
Suboptimal customer car
The car service was fine but the staff just handed me the car keys thereafter without explaining my car really requires urgent repairs about the the diminished brake fluid and torn lower control bush. The staff told me my car was OK but I did not trust him and went to My car Queanbeyan branch for another advice. From there, the Queanbeyan staff advised me to book my car for subsequent repair on a succeeding week.
Double Check Your Invoice
Arrived to collect my car after the service, did not receive any notification it was done.
Waited five minutes for someone to come to reception, ended up sitting down to wait. Someone else walked in and got seen to immediately by a mechanic, after which they checked on me, I asked if my car was ready and they sorted out the invoice.
I questioned the price being higher that it was meant to and was told it was correct so I paid. Double checked the price after leaving on the MyCar website which confirmed they had charged the wrong price, the vehicle on the invoice was a different model, upon returning the mechanic yelled "Whats wrong" Across the shop floor and got the manager who confirmed they had entered the wrong vehicle type and refunded me and then re-charged the correct amount.
The invoice also does not show what was done during the service, only what type of service, the lack of information isn't very useful.
That said on the plus side, this store always have great availability and are quick to complete the service but a few specific things could be sorted out a bit better.
