Recently had my car serviced ay MyCar Gungahlin, along with a few repairs and tyre replacement. The team were easy to deal with, explained everything clearly, and got the work done in under half a day. The car is running noticeably better now - smoother and more responsive. The new tyres have made a difference too. Always have a good experience with these guys - highly recommend!

When I booked the car in I was told that the tyre would arrive by Thursday afternoon and they would fit it first thing at 8am Friday morning as I had a flight to catch later that day.
I took the car in on Friday morning and Jordan told me that he will give me a call when its ready in the next hour. I went and had a coffee and after more than an hour passed, I went back only to be told the tyre had not arrived! I was not called and told this! I was just left waiting around when I could have been home preparing for my trip. I had to leave the car there and get someone else to pick up the car on Saturday. I was also told that i would be given a discount of the price it cost me to and from the airport in an Uber, but they only discounted it by one way!

Had a car service and they identified a few things that needed fixing.
Rang several times to get it done, nobody answers the phone.
Went into the store to see them personally, only to be told they couldn't get the parts so couldn't be fixed.
Will not be going back.

My son lives in Canberra but I live in Adelaide. When his car had radiator issues, I was hoping he could find a good place to get it repaired. He did. Thanks to mycar Gungahlin for honest assessment of the issues, great advice and support and effective repairs. Put my mind at ease as a 'remote Dad'. Thanks guys.
