The staff at Gungahlin were friendly and polite. They were able to get the job done a little earlier than planned.
It was a fuss free pleasurable experience.

Got 1st Car servIced and wheel alignment from Gungahlin ACT store and all 4 tyres had air set to 23 (Supposed to be 32-34). I thought may be there is somerthing wrong with the equipment thought nothing of it and then I went to get puncture fixed on 30/12/2025 for 2nd car, I was told that this puncture can not be fixed as it is near the wall, So tyre needs to be replaced and since it is late they can only do it on Monday and it would cost me $265 per tyre fitted. As the luck would have it I went to other shop and guess what an old puncure was leaking and they fixed it. They told me you do not need to replace tyre(s) as tyres have at least 10000 KM left on them so for my driving at least 12 months. So never again, Thanks but no thanks

MyCar Gungahlin are my local go-to. I came in with a tyre puncture and they waived the repair fee, and happily matched a competitors 4-for-3 sale for a new set of SUV tyres. The team were prompt, helpful and I think it speaks volumes when they're happy to make a phone call to their upper management to keep a customer by price-matching a deal! Highly recommend.

Workers are considerate to their custormers needs and are very efficient. Car was not in great condition before they got their hands on it, now it looks/feels like brand new.

Exceptional service and communication.
I needed a repair to my front tyre due to a screw lodged in the tread. The repair process was quoted as 1 hour, but after 30 minutes I received a text to say it was ready.
When I collected my car, Callum (at the front desk) was on the phone with another customer. His clear communication and advice to that customer was exceptional. I understand the customer also thanked him for the support he provided. Well done all involved. Sandra, Gungahlin ACT
