Easy to book, friendly helpful staff, pick up on time

Monday, I asked about availability for repairs to a couple of minor mechanical issues because I was hoping to get away for the weekend, 1000km+ return trip and I felt I had left it too late, but I knew there were a couple of things that needed to be take care of. They booked me in for the Thursday, called just after lunch, job done, and the final price was even less than the quoted price. Easy drop off, great staff (like next level, not just a platitude), and the job completed with an efficiency that is greatly appreciated. If they were wizards I would award 10 points to Gryffindor. They are just magical mechanics. Trust them with your mechanical issues, I doubt they will disappoint.

I happened to have a mechanical issue when passing through Hawker. The team could not have been more helpful, honest and understanding. They truly lived their values and showed how honest and trustworthy they are.

My car was booked in at the time I requested efficiently and quickly. When I had to change the date of service this also was done effortlessly. I was given a time the car would be ready and received a text message at exactly the time predicted. My car is running smoothly and I am happy with the service provided.

Did what they said they would do and passed on useful information during collection time.

Excellent customer service when I dropped my car off. Very welcoming. Good communication with necessary repairs. Job completed on time. A very friendly, polite, considerate mechanic.

They are great in helping you out when you need them the most. Mycar Hawker fitted me in for an emergency in spite of not having an appointment and to top it all, did not charge me for the job too.

Very happy. My starter motor died Friday night. I called them just before they closed, and organised to have it dropped off on Saturday via tow truck. It was promptly fixed and I picked it up on Tuesday.

Following total engine failure, they got us back on the road quicker and cheaper than my shop-around options. All work and parts are under warranty which gives great peace of mind when living on a budget.
