I always have my cars serviced at Mycar…
I always have my cars serviced at Mycar and usually have a good experience. However, during my recent visit, I mentioned a couple of issues that were not addressed, as they recurred within a week after the service. It seems that the person who received my car may not have communicated my concerns to the technician who worked on it. Additionally, this time they were late in completing the service; when I arrived to pick up my car, they were still working on it.
