Bad customer service, they don’t want a job
The mechanics are probably okay mechanics technically so we achieved what we wanted to achieve with these guys hence one star, but his attitude and customer service were appalling. I tried to explain the legitimate reason why I was there but he talked over and every second he said I am not doing this. At the end he agreed to do the job but I was not sure if he would do the job properly. Does he want a job or what? I will not be going to this shop ever again. Terrible customer service.
